The employees were great and quick. The lights were off and it was very dark, we didnt think they were open at first. We walked in and they turned the lights on. I am glad we stayed, the pho and pad Thai was delicious! The peanut dipping sauce for the spring rolls were good.

Was looking for pho and grew up in the area and had no idea this spot was here. Decided to try it since I didn’t want to go to mills and honestly this is some of the best pho I’ve had. Their beef broth is really good, this was the first time I didn’t need to add hoisin or sriracha to the broth because it was that great.

Their fried spring rolls were great as well!

Definitely recommend coming here!

Went here because I was craving Tofu PHO. I didn’t want to drive all the way to Downtown Orlando where I would normally go for Vietnamese food. This spot had good reviews so I thought let’s give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the food came out, along with its degree of freshness. The cashier (who I’m assuming was an owner) was very friendly and acknowledged my presence promptly. A+ for friendly staff and a great meal. Will definitely return.

Tucked away in East Orlando, Phoresh Noodles stands as a beacon of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, demonstrating that excellence can be found in unexpected locations. This family-owned establishment has mastered the art of pho, offering a dining experience that rivals the best noodle houses in Vietnam.

The heart of any pho restaurant lies in its broth, and Phoresh’s version exhibits remarkable depth. This is not a broth hastily prepared; it’s a testament to time-honored tradition and patience.

The quality of ingredients sets Phoresh apart from its contemporaries. The rice noodles maintain perfect texture throughout the meal, while the beef selections – from tender brisket to delicate rare slices – demonstrate careful sourcing and preparation. The accompanying herbs are notably fresh, with Thai basil, cilantro, and bean sprouts arriving crisp and vibrant.

Beyond the signature pho, other offerings maintain equally high standards. The spring rolls arrive tightly wrapped and fresh, packed with an ideal ratio of herbs to protein. The vermicelli bowls showcase the kitchen’s versatility, with perfectly grilled meats atop a bed of fresh vegetables and expertly prepared rice noodles.

Service at Phoresh transcends mere efficiency. The owners’ presence adds a personal touch to each visit, offering gentle guidance to newcomers while warmly welcoming regulars. Their genuine enthusiasm for sharing their culinary heritage enhances the dining experience significantly.

The restaurant’s interior, while modest, is impeccably clean and comfortable. The focus here is clearly on the food rather than unnecessary aesthetic flourishes – a priority that serves the establishment well.

For those in East Orlando seeking authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Phoresh Noodles offers an exceptional dining experience that combines traditional recipes with high-quality ingredients and warm hospitality. It stands as a reminder that sometimes the most remarkable culinary experiences are found in the most unassuming locations.

Heart warming food. You come in and can just relax and listen to the fans of the kitchen as they prepare everything. The last at the register is soft spoken but sweet and patient. Food may not come out super fast but it’s always fresh and made with care❤️

Terrific place. Very mom and pop Super friendly, the Pho Is probably some of the best I’ve had in Orlando. Worth the price of admission lol. It’s a little hidden behind a gas station in the small plaza. Worth the drive out of your way anywhere in the Orlando area.

What a delightful experience. The prices are fair and good portion. The Pho with combo upcharge was worth it. The chicken wings and summer rolls were a hit with our children. We will definitely come back. We can’t wait to try the Pad Thai. Great customer service and friendly staff.

The owner was rude! I ordered a special spring roll it had lettuce, cabbage, and meat in it- not at all what it says on the menu. The chicken wings were mediocre to the say the least. I would not recommend this restaurant with all the other choices around town.

A very good restaurant! The workers are very kind and seemed really happy when they saw our empty plates and bowls By far this place has the best crab rangoons and fried chicken I ever had! They taste absolutely delicious and were always served freshly cooked to our table. The pho here is also delicious, the soup has a very warm and homey feel to it, and the noodles and meat were always cooked perfectly. I would always order it every time we came here. My mom also liked the vermicelli. Unfortunately, we are moving away from this area, so I hope to visit again sometime! Please give this place a try!
