Tried Pho Mono Vietnamese Cuisine in Bowmanville and really enjoyed it! The broth was light, clean, and comforting with lots of fresh veggies and herbs. The spring rolls were crispy and tasty, and everything came out hot and fresh. Great portions and a cozy spot for a satisfying meal. Will definitely come back!

I had a great experience at this pho restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The broth was rich and authentic, and the portions were generous. You can really tell they put care into their cooking. The staff were friendly and the service was quick as well. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving a good bowl of pho. Highly recommend!

I found out about this place doing a random drive. We live in the Oshawa-Courtice area and usually eat at another Vietmanese place thats a little bit closer to our place. For context, we ate here late on a Friday night and I called to make sure they were still open. Whoever answered the call made me feel me like it was a friend who was inviting us over and it wasn’t a problem that we were coming within their closing one hour of closing for the night. I didn’t expect that at all to be honest. Most restaurants I’ve encountered before are usually dismissive.
First thing I noticed was the decor of the restaurant was clean and had a modern look. The staff who was there greeted us kindly and took our orders efficiently and fast. The menu offered more than just Vietmanese dishes. It offered a lot of Chinese dishes, which I loved. We ordered a few appetizer dishes, along with our main meals. They served the food like they would at a Chinese restaurant. One dish at a time, with our mains coming at the end.
The food to my surprise was absolutely delicious. It was fresh. Sweet and sour chicken was very tasty and flavourful. The curry dish my wife got was also delicious. The fried squid wasn’t as oily I thought it would be. The pork chop was delicious. Not too salty and not oily. It was perfect for my tastes.
I would definitely come back to this restaurant and I would recommend it for others. I had a positive experience and I look forward to coming back to eat here again.

I eat a lot of pho at various places and I decided to try this place out today
Pros:
-Great to have pho available in Bowmanville
– The pho is actually very good (it def has more of a meaty taste than other restaurants)
– They give a great serving of meat per bowl vs any other restaurant
– The iced coffee with condensed milk has to be the best iced coffee ive tasted by far. It is very rich and sweet.
Cons:
– Noodles seem to be quite thick here (not my preference)
– The service was strange. Once the food arrived, they never came back to the table. I then needed a fork , but I had to flag a different server down bwcause the first one forgot? Odd.
– At the end when I was visibly leaving the booth, a server then camd to the table to ask me if I wanted a box for food and to pay.
– The restaurant is way too cold (especially at night). This alone took off a star for me. I want to feel like I can take my coat off. Another person kept theirs on that I noticed.
Overall:
I would come back to order an iced coffee here throughout the week and pho only if I am wanting it to be meatier in taste.
