This was my first time trying Phology. My husband and I truly enjoyed everything about it! The restaurant was clean, not too loud, service was wonderful (we really enjoyed speaking with Cristina!) and the food was delicious! We’re already looking forward to coming back! We’re so glad there’s a good pho restaurant in Eastlake again!

The food was very good. The only downside is that the restaurant is a”cozy” size and expect to wait for a table. We went on a monday around 6pm and waited for about 20min to get a table. It definitely was worth the wait! Great to have a pho option in Eastlake!

Iced Tap water tasted bad. Truffle fries have no truffle taste. Pho was ok, but there are better pho places nearby TBH.

I’m very happy to have pho in Otay Ranch. The food was delicious and priced accordingly. The location is a bit small, but the quick service helps reduce the wait. I really hope this place does well!

The food was served nice and hot. The appetizers were decent, but the pho was really good — the broth had great flavor and excellent presentation. Because the broth arrives boiling at the table, I would suggest adding only half of the noodles at first so they don’t overcook and break apart, especially if you order the hot stone pho.
Unfortunately, when we arrived and put our names on the check-in sheet, we waited over 20 minutes while other parties who arrived after us were seated first without the host checking the list.
Definitely coming back for the pho again!

The food was good, with one major mistake that is a deal breaker IMO. They give you lemons instead of limes. To me, this changes the entire flavor of the soup and I would not go there again because of this. I would, however, order to go and use my own limes. Hahaha. We went there on an unusually hot day I. February and the place was so hot we were sweating. I know, poor choice of food on a hot day but I was expecting AC inside and that was not the case. Anyway, if you don’t mind the lemon issue, I think you will really enjoy their food.

Went here to try the pho and was honestly disappointed. The table was still dusty when we sat down, which wasn’t a great first impression. The pho itself had way more noodles than broth, and the water tasted strongly like tap water. I’m personally sensitive to that taste, and it ended up ruining my appetite. The service was good, but I probably won’t be coming back.
