The strawberry boba smoothie was absolutely delicious, super fresh and perfectly sweet. The Vietnamese pork sandwich was amazing too, very flavorful and well seasoned. Everything tasted authentic and really satisfying. I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

This place at the mall it’s very convenient, the location it is always very clean but nobody seem to be interested, I do think the food and drinks are very overpriced for what you get, I really would like for menu to be more clear and descriptive of the items, the coconut drinks it is extremely sweet with the lychee popping boba, the mango strawberry it is a little more flavorful and balanced, the kiwi popping boba it is delicious the lady was very friendly they don’t talk much!

Great location, but the drinks are extremely sugary. Even when asking for less sugar, it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I shared my concern, but it wasn’t taken seriously.

Run if you are getting the Strawberry Milk Tea with Boba. I have been to many places for Boba and by far this has been the worst. The tea tastes like water and the drink was pretty warm even with them added milk. Customer service was horrible they didn’t want to replace the drink or give a refund. RUN…..

The broth barely tasted of anything, the beef was hard to chew and didn’t taste good as well. Overall a disappointment. I strongly recommend City Pho and Grill in Maitland instead. I’ve ate there 6 times now and so far no pho place even compares in the area. For any pho lovers, vietnomz in winter park is also pretty great!

The smoothies are made of water , toxins with dye and powder that has absolutely zero nutrients. When I saw the way they were making it I was shocked and stopped the girl. She didn’t stop and then told me she won’t give me a refund because she already made it. When you say that your child has allergy to the dyes that are in there and their response is this and that “ I should have asked before” — it’s quite disgusting. No longer do small business value their customer for genuine reasons.
I hope the owners and workers get to read this.
The attitude you girls gave me is truly shameful.
Your ethics speak just as loud as the quality of your ingredients and products you offer.

Unfortunately the last two visits here resulted in getting something different from what I ordered. The older Asian man lied straight to my face about the smoothie having milk in it. He then instructed the woman working there to lie to me and say it didn’t have milk in it. Here’s your well earned 1 star review!
