I was shopping at Memorial Mall and decided to stop at Pholicious for dinner.
I ordered Wonton Soup and Spring Rolls.
Wow! I was really surprised by how good the food was!
The Wonton Soup was probably the best that I have had in years… They fill the small bowl with (6) large fresh made Wonton dumplings, and the spring rolls with shrimp are larger than normal and were really good!
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this unexpected gem of a restaurant as a go-to place for authentic Asian food!

Service is great. I don’t remember her name but the Mexican lady working is the sweetest lady, she takes care of her customers and the food is delicious. She sometimes takes orders and makes all the food herself. it’s important to treat food service workers with respect and be patient and they will almost always reciprocate your energy. She did warn us the food will take a while cause she’s by herself so we were patient and understanding because I love this place so much and I crave it all the time. The food was delicious and she made our food with love and even made our portions a little bigger. I’m a regular customer and each time the service and food is amazing so I believe some of these bad reviews are most likely from impatient customers.

Very bad customer service. The cashier/waitress yelled at my parents just for asking a question about the menu and even screamed at them. When we asked to speak with a manager, she said there was no one there and refused to help. She stomped her feet and slammed the pho soup down on the table very hard. So rude and unprofessional. We will never come back.

Had this place not been inside the mall I probably would have rated different. BUT- it is in the mall by Frodo’s castle, the staff is nice, service is quick (unless you are stuck behind slow customers), and it is clean & has a nice modern ambiance. I ordered the shrimp/chicken spring rolls and the pork spring rolls. The peanut sauce is on the sweet side but tasty. The spring rolls are wrapped nicely with good ratio of meat. Overall- it is a gluten free option in the mall & I have no complaints- so it definitely deserves a five for fast mall food.

I tried it once and since I work in the mall I always get my pho from there. When u tell you guys it soooo freaking good it’s so freaking good. Had a coworker tried it and that week we ate here 3 times lol can’t find my pics but I will up load them in a moment
