Sat down to eat Pho (Vietnamese rice noodle soup) today at Pholicious. It was really good. The Pho is bland until you add Siracha and the Hoisin Sauce to add flavor and a kick to your liking. At this Pho the bean sprouts were not fresh and slimey (see pic). I had the beef and meatball Pho. The meatball was a bit rubbery when chewing to me.

The food is delicious. The spring rolls are what I come back for. The peanut dipping sauce is addictive. They are hand made, which can take time, totally worth the wait. The pho is so good, I don’t add anything to it but there are options. My kids love the boba tea.

A very nice and healthy alternative to fast food. I have eaten here twice and the food was excellent both times. The vegetables were fresh and not over or undercooked. The chicken was not fatty or dry. I have not tried the beef or shrimp. The portions are very generous, yet the calorie count is surprisingly low.

The chicken and rice is was not good. Chicken was dried up, vegetables had no flavor, and the summer roll wrap was dried out. If you are planning to buy anything, I would stick to the boba tea or smoothies.
