All I can say is Wow. I was quite surprised by the food that I received here today. I figured it’s mall fast food and was craving for some really quick vietnamese food. We tried the beef pho, fried egg rolls and a cup of vietnamese ice coffee. The pho tasted like it came from an actual restaurant with real veggies too. The pho broth was excellent, I sipped every last drop. The fried egg rolls were very tasty and crunchy. The iced coffee was perfection. Was really shocked. Satisfied my cravings. The service was excellent. If you don’t know what to order, just ask the slim guy with glasses about his recommendations. Go try them out. Thank me later

I had ordered a vegan pho, and got one with chicken broth. Staff tried to tell me it was the vegan one, even though I just watched them make it with something labeled chicken. I wound up giving it to my niece. She said it was good though. If you have food allergies, don’t go there. Vegetables are freshly added. Staff is complacent and uncaring. Much better options in the mall.

Worst soup ever had and perfect day for soup, rainy & cold. Actually considered returning for refund. Rice noodle scallion with fish. Fish served like Mellon balls, bland and rubbery like tofu but not tofu (actually had to ask) staff has no idea what type of fish!

The broth tastes amazing! Better than most pho! The only thing I wish they did different is give more basil and meat. Prices are affordable. The spring rolls are great, both pork and shrimp. Definitely one of the more healthy options at the mall, and not overloaded with cilantro. Will be back for more. Also right next to the hospital!

I ordered the veggie Pho, made with chicken broth and it was really delicious. In terms of food court dining, it was really a quality bowl of Pho.
There were many veggies, and the broth had perfect flavor. The veggies likely were frozen, but I expected them to be so.
I recommend this as a good gluten free option. The noodles are rice noodles, and they also tasted delicious.
If this restaurant wants higher stars, they could perhaps have used fresh veggies and a spoon worth using.
However, overall, adequate dining experience with excellent tasting veggie pho.

although i did enjoy the bubble tea i will never come back and eat there again due to the service. When you spend 21 dollars at the mall for lunch (which is a little pricey if you ask me) and ask for a bowl and they give you a crap one and refuse to give a quality bowl even after you asked to pay for it, that is denying the customer of a sale. I have worked in customer service for 7 years in my past and have never encountered service like this before. The worst part is that was the actual owner who lost a customer and denied me of that bowl. I will find other options for bubble tea from now on and save my money and spend it elsewhere..

I really love the Pho Chicken. It doesn’t taste like the run of the mill noodle bowl. However, the customer service is TERRIBLE. It was almost as if we were bothering the employees by ordering. At least the food is great.

My 7 year old granddaughter is a bubble tea lover. She got Christmas money and all she could talk about was going to the mall for bubble tea which she has had from this restaurant before. We looked up time they opened and off we went. The place was deserted. We walked around the mall for 2 hours, checking back 3 times and no one ever showed up to open. The girl in the place next door said he often doesn’t show up to open the restaurant. A I can say is my granddaughter was so incredibly disappointed that she was almost in tears. He could at least have a sign saying that they will be closed that day.

I finally tried this little kiosk in the food court. I got the beef pho, egg rolls and Thai boba tea. The pho was very pleasant. The flavor was full bodied. The egg rolls were good and the Thai tea was sweet and creamy. I would definitely eat here again. I shared with my 10 yr old daughter. She enjoyed it alot, too

Worst boba ive ever had. I got my favorite milk tea and it tasted like literal wood. In addition my boba was not cooked fully, and was still powdery inside. after this when I asked him about it he proceeded to lie, and change the story many times.
