Very cute place. Great service and prices. The pho was okay. The broth didn’t have much flavor. Not much meat. I had the house special. Different cuts of meat with tripe and tendon. The tendon was perfectly cooked. The Pho bowl was not the usual shape that I see. More high then round. Not that big. Once the bean sprouts, basil and jalapeño’s are added it is almost impossible to mix since the ingredients are higher than the bowl. Way too many noodles and not much meat. I also didn’t smell the odor of star anise which gives it a unique flavor. I’ve been eating Pho for over 40 years so I know what I like and I know what to look for. This soup isn’t bad. Just average. Still worth going there. Wife had stir-fry with chicken, beef and seafood. She gives it a 3. Nothing spectacular just okay.
The service was great. Very friendly and the atmosphere was great as well.

Food is SO good!
I love getting their vegetable tofu spring rolls because they are absolutely delicious. My one problem is they fill them a little bit too full so the rice paper ends up breaking and it’s really really hard to eat :/

Pho is piping hot. The broth is very clean and not cloudy, almost no fat or oil floating. (After refrigeration there was not a layer of fat on top.) But as such the broth seemed thin or maybe less developed than many other restaurants. However the broth did not give me a sodium coma. Maybe they don’t add msg, which is a plus. Even paying 75¢ for takeout bowl the price was reasonable. Pho serving size was a little smaller than average, but maybe that is reflected in a slightly less than average price too.
Banh mi are average with slightly above average price. I always get the pork.
Seating area is tiny. Sometimes they can be busy and full. But if the weather is nice sit outside or take a small walk to the marina and eat.
My suggestion to the restaurant. Perception goes a long way. Give more noodles with the pho. Noodles are cheap and will change the meal from a decent value to great!

It was our family night out and decided to have a bowl of comfort food! We had Pho and some other dishes. The stew was probably the best! The Pho was wee but bland but overall still comforting. Could use a boost of…something.
Service was fast and our server was super friendly. I feel bad as she had to deal with a super rude customer. She kept her calm and handled that like a pro! I don’t know what else she could’ve done to appease this older gent.
Would come again for that stew! So tasty!

We stopped here for dinner on a Friday night just as they opened for service. The owner was very friendly and ready to take our order. We decided to dine in and chose the following selections from the menu board: 2 Thai teas; Pork and Veggie egg rolls (3); Vietnamese salad with tofu; a Wok Fried Bun with beef and shrimp; and a Combo Special with beef, chicken, and shrimp. Our entire order was delivered to the table by the very chefs who had cooked/prepared our dinner. They were very gracious and genuinely happy to have us dine in their establishment.
The food was very fresh and tasty. The egg rolls were perfectly cooked and delicious. The spice level was on the bland side, so to kick it up a notch or two, we added the table side red chili sauce. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and will venture back when we have a hankering for Vietnamese.

Tasty Pho! You can see the beef being grilled in the kitchen. The tripe and tendon were great in the soup. The large bowl is no joke for $1 more. Next time we’ll order the small bowl. Quaint restaurant. It looks like they’re expanding to an outdoor patio. Hand rolled spring rolls with a large portion of peanut sauce. Reasonable prices. They also sell funny and clever t-shirts. A must visit restaurant Pho Sure!

PhoFilling is my go-to spot for pho in Port Townsend—comfort food at its finest! The broth is always rich and flavorful, and the portions are super generous. I usually get the pho with meatballs, and it never disappoints. Fresh herbs, hot tea, and quick, friendly service every time.
It’s the perfect place to warm up on a chilly day or just satisfy that pho craving. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and need a reliable, delicious bowl of pho!

I have witness this restaurant start and grow, as I come in from out of town for work, and their food gets better and bigger every time and they upgrade their establishment pretty much every time I come to town. This place is amazing, look at this Bahn Mi marinated pork sandwich, it’s bigger than my hand, and I have large sausage fingers! Normally when you get a Bahn Mi it’s just hard, broken glass like bread with very little filing. This beast is a fresh loaf with massive amounts of meat and vegetables that are amazingly seasoned. This is by far the best Bahn Mi sandwich in all my travels around the state!

The food at this place is fantastic. The problem is you never get a chance to eat it. They’re only open three hours a day and half the time they can’t even open when they say they’re gonna be open we drove 20 miles to have dinner here and they’re closed because again they couldn’t get staffed It’s time to be a real restaurant and open up more than three hours a day. And be open when you say!
