If you want a cool pho spot that serves beer and liqour this is the place. Not to much parking but enough this is a popular area it seems. Came here for lunch at 1245pm. Quite a few people in this area. I ordered the P2 pho. Off top we were able to choose our own seats at the time. Right away. The waitresses were pretty, lol like wow and very polite. We had a big order so it took about 15 minutes to get our food not to long of a wait. They gave a large amount of bean sprouts which I love, basil, jalapeños and limes. The pho broth was clean very viet style. It was flavorful and refreshing. Everything was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed this meal and the atmosphere. They have a wide variety of liqour and beer to choose from too. The waitresses checked in on us from time to time not to much but just enough. Overall solid experience. They also sell these cool pho shirts. Might go back and pick one up. 10/10 would eat again. Thanks!

I have dined at PhoEver a few times. Their food is delicious even though their prices are higher than other pho restaurants. It’s justified that some pho restaurants serve really tiny pieces of meatball or less meatballs. PhoEver has a generous portion of meat, and their broth is delicious, not oily. The Spring Rolls are fresh and crunchy (using cucumber). The Thai tea is delicious. Service was excellent, very attentive waitress who checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. The restaurant is clean.

Right off the bat the ladies upfront welcomed me and was able to quickly seat me. I asked if they had smaller portions and they had the perfect sized kid bowl. So I got that with seafood and some fresh spring rolls. So so good. Im not sure if the gentleman who checked on me is the owner or what but I appreciated the service. It was so wholesome to see their younger family member so eager to help take orders and help in the restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing. It’s calm but upbeat at the same time. Everyone is so nice.

Great spot for some fun and enjoyable asian food.There is a great selection of alcohol beverage from their bar. They have a standard menu for food. Portions were good and tasty. Retro environment with friendly and fast services. Prices is above average, but it’s worth it and affordable. Highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

Been to PhoEver several times in my life, and they never disappoint. The Ladies that take your order are always very nice and helpful. The Cooks, cook with Care and Dedication. Beautiful atmosphere, clean restaurant. Overall great establishment. I like to order their Lemongrass Chicken. No exaggeration when I say this, some of the best Lemongrass Chicken you’ll ever have!! We Ordered for Pick-Up, but whether you do that or dine-in, I know you’ll enjoy your experience with them! I recommend PhoEver to everyone!

Family went to eat here recently and I was quite disappointed compared to prior experience. Looks like it’s under new management. (1) Pho – broth was good; (2) sides – basil and bean sprouts were old and repurposed; definitely not appealing to a pho lover; (3) garlic chili oil- this is not the home-made garlic chili I remember. I select my pho place based on broth and garlic chili oil; used to be super good. Maybe I’ll try again in 6 months bc I believe in 2nd chances:-)

Everyone was friendly but unfortunately the pho was not done well. The brothwas really sweet and for some reason they only gave us lemon not limes; when we asked him they said limes were too expensive

Had the egg rolls and they were delicious, small, but delicious. I also had the rare steak and meatball pho and it was the best I have ever had by far!! The food had no heavy flavors and not heavy on salt. It was the perfect portion of food. I just couldn’t stop drinking the broth. Could have earned 5 stars if customer service was better. The food overall is the best Vietnamese food I have ever had and I have tried all over fresno and surrounding areas. Come and try here.
