It looks like this place was replaced with new ownership overall and it’s delicious!
Bun rieu had all the necessary pieces and tastes fresh, the pork chop rice dish was juicy and came with an egg which is great!
I especially enjoyed the shrimp spring rolls (they put mint in them) and the egg rolls too (clearly made by the chef).

oh my god, this place is genuinely the best pho spot i’ve been to. once i start ordering, i start to enter the flow state. the server, christina, recommended the number 5, pho special, number 10, shaking beef rice plate, &’ chicken banh mi &’ add an egg. i decided to get everything she recommended &’ was so happy i did. it only took like 6 – 7 minutes to come out. the food was delicious &’ it had a homemade taste to it. very skibidi, it made me feel like a sigma wolf grubbing on all the food. i have to give a shout out to christina because she was incredible, super sweet &’ attentive. my meal &’ time there was made 10 times better because of her. come support this family restaurant !!!

Ordered a couple of banh mi sandwiches to go. The cashier didn’t speak much English and I tried to explain to her that I didn’t want the fried egg with chicken banh mi but she just didn’t get it so we ordered the grilled pork and roasted pork banh mi instead. We got home and opened up the sandwiches. There were very small pieces of cucumber and I didn’t see any chili peppers so the sandwiches were actually kinda bland. Fortunately, since we were home, we added our own veges and some chili sauce to fix the situation.

With passion to try this newly open Pho, 1st try was closed on Sunday, finally able to tried, only one table 6:45pm closer to their closing time 7pm, i think soup does not have a thick and authentic taste, maybe we went there late. Has high expectations for their ribs but a bit smaller than expected, hopefully will give another try for their new stuff maybe next time.

I ordered Bun Bo Hue and Vermicelli Crab noodle soup and both are so tasty. I don’t like broths that are too thick and greasy in texture and this place nails it with a clean/ light but flavorful taste! I am going back to try other dishes for sure!! Service was good and our server was super sweet and tentative even tho we showed up 5 minutes before they closed.

The staff was exceptional, with my server Christina going above and beyond to help me choose a dish that suited my tastes. She was attentive, frequently checking in and keeping my water topped up.
