Social Profile:

Phở, pronounced fuh, is a Vietnamese soup that is normally made with a bone-beef broth, banh pho noodles, and thinly sliced beef, that’s often served with bean sprouts and other fresh herbs on the side. Not to be confused with Japanese ramen, which is usually made with wheat noodles, pho is made with rice noodles. It is important to note that there are many variations of pho. The most common is pho nam, which originates in Southern Vietnam, and pho bac, which is from Northern Vietnam and considered to be the original pho.

Fantastic place for legit pho and Vietnamese food staples. Good service and fast service also. Good portions for the price. The Phoenix special vermicelli salad is terrific! That’s what I got. Marinated meats are tender and juicy. The light sauce they serve it with is amazing but I’m not even sure what it is. Cool outside patio space to dine at also.

We were passing by on our way to Houston and wanted something quick. The banh mis are on the smaller side but seems right for 7 dollars. Aileigh was very patient and kind to our little family. Her smile truly lights up the place.

The Pho was Phonominal!!!

The waitstaff needs so much training, Good lord. When I walked in and stood by the “please wait here sign”, both girls behind the register just looked at me like I fell out of tree. After a minute or so they just walked off and started doing other things.
I then was looked at by a young waiter hoping he would seat me but he just kept looking at me.
I then approached him and asked if I am supposed to just seat. He asked if I had paid? I said no I want to be seated.
He sat me and then no one ever came to wait on me. I finally walked to the counter and told the same waiter I wanted the P1 Pho. He said “ok” then typed on the screen for a few seconds and then askes me what I wanted to eat. I said “I just told you, I want the P1 pho”.
He then asked if I wanted a water brought to the table and I clearly said no. He immediatly proceeded to bring me a water lol.

If this place gets their wait staff trained on how on customer service, it will be highly rated in every way.

The pho has never been wrong in my opinion when I come here, always good. Small sauce tip if anyone likes sweet & spice, hoisin mixed with sriracha is such a flavorful combo for meats.

Phoenix Pho & Boba Tea is one of our favorite spots in town. We love grabbing lunch there when we want something fresh and flavorful, and it’s also such a fun place to stop in for a quick boba tea. The pho is always comforting and well made, and everything we’ve tried has been consistently good.

The atmosphere feels relaxed and welcoming, and the staff has always been kind when we come in. It’s one of those places that feels like a little treat, whether we’re sitting down for a meal or just popping in for drinks. We’re really thankful to have it here in Abilene.

This was my first time dining here. My husband and I came for lunch. It was just okay to me. He ordered some kind of beef sandwich, which he thought would be bigger from the looks of the picture. I order the chicken fried rice. We did start with an appetizer, the crunchy eggrolls. Those were okay. I’m not really a pork eater but since that’s all they had…The chicken fried rice was not that great to me. The chicken and the rice were dry. I ended up putting the rest of the sauce from the eggrolls on it just to moisten it up. Which actually wasn’t a bad idea. My husband said that next time he want to try the noodles. Which it seems like the thing to get because everyone there had a noodle bowl of some sorts. IF I go back, I think I’ll do the same.

First time here and it’s cute and delicious. Grilled shrimp vermicelli bowl is a must try. Strawberry peach tea is refreshing not too sweet. I didn’t get our waitress names but she was sweet.

Love their Chicken pho options and added shrimps. I can taste and smell of ginger and onions to make the broth so delicious . They also have lots of different drink options and the Vietnamese Coffee is definitely a must try. Sweet staffs and I believe the new manager guy always checked on us to make sure everything is good. Food and service are out standing!!
