I just want to say this restaurant and it’s staff are just amazing. Our family made a last min decision to order out on Christmas day 2025, when we arrived for pick up the place was absolutely packed, like every booth and people standing. At first we were concerned as a lot of the other customers appeared to be mad and put out. The staff were active and trying to help everyone, dealing with rude customers, and staying positive. But they stayed positive and were as helpful and forward as they could be. We waited an hour which was long but they were really apologetic. Once we did get our food and eat it was actually so good. We had the Almond chicken, lo mein, Mongolian beef, pork fried rice, egg rolls, and fried wanton. All was very good and worth the wait and the slight inconvenience. All in all I would like to thank the staff, the cooks, and front of house staff doing their very best on a very difficult and busy night. My family and I will definitely be eating there again, and I can’t wait to try their daily menu.

We’ve been coming here for quite some time, and it’s truly a gem in our community. Whether we’re dining in or picking up takeout, the food is always flavorful, beautifully prepared, and made with such care. The owners are kind, genuine, and it’s clear this family-run restaurant puts their heart into everything they do. Hands down the best Chinese food in town.

The huge mistake must be avoided.
Do not think this is an ordinary restaurant. Do not wait for the right circumstance or guests to order from Pheonix Pavilion. I’m an ordinary white male w no affiliation and no particular craving for Chinese food. However I know caring staff and quality ingredients and fresh produce and because the portions are very generous I really do crave the leftovers. This place should be a locals regular stop. Would encourage you to partake soon.

The fried prawns appetizer was the best we’ve ever had. We had a big dinner and it was all delicious. Very nice, attentive server. We’ll be back soon!

this is my favorite place to come for a quiet lunch. the food is always phenomenal. I’m slowly making my way through the entire menu and so far I think today’s beef hot pot is my favorite , although I still hav not had the he general tsaos. that’s next I think.the food is always cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly too. 10 out of ten, would recommend.

New visit for 2022 and they are stil very good and have really great food always wholesome portions. If you want spicy five is good enough for most people. Everything is nice and fresh and the banquets are generous. The lunches are perfect portion for a good fill.

Trying to give grace, but holidays are a no-go here. We placed our order hours before pick up to help them out but have now been waiting to pick up that scheduled order for almost two hours! Unbelievable!!!! We are silly for waiting, I know!
After two hours-finally got food but it was cold NOT FRESH, Folks, for the stupid long wait. Bummed especially for cost. Just not what we had in mind today. Sadly, after years of supporting them, we will not be back.
They probably should not be open on holidays as they are obviously overwhelmed and under-prepared for this popular choice. Happened last time we tried this but I’m an optimist.
Should have known better. Darn. I had strong hopes for a good outcome this year.
Don’t offer a service you can’t provide.

I really enjoy when I can leave a good review. Unfortunately, this is not that kind of situation. Looking through the reviews, it seems as though the only honest ones are the one and two stars. I placed an online order for carry out for only some wonton soup. The soonest available time to pick up was 1130 and when my husband got there to pick it up, he was nine minutes early. when she “greeted” him, he let her know he was there for an online order and she became extremely rude to him lecturing him how his online order was for 1130 pick up time and just turned and walked away. He wasn’t in a hurry and was willing to wait as he knew pick up time was technically, 1130, but as it was only wonton soup, thought maybe it would be ready early, no big deal if it wasn’t. He said there was not a single soul in that building.
After he shared his experience with me, I called to try to speak with whoever was in charge just to let them know our experience, especially as first time customers. As soon as I asked for a manager, the lady pretended to not know what I was saying and just kept asking over and over again if I was placing an order to go or pick up. When I asked her if She could understand what I was saying, she told me “yes I can understand you just fine and you can speak to me if you want to talk to somebody.“ when I realized she was refusing to let me talk to anybody else, I talked to her about the experience as a first time customer and how she didn’t need to be rude. She started yelling into the phone, lecturing me as well about the 1130 pick up time and I tried to explain to her He was OK with that and was just a little bit early and just letting her know why he was there.
I really wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before trying this place.
Not only is the customer service severely lacking, the soup had zero flavor, I’m mean none. The broth looks like it’s just water that is murky. The pork inside ever so slightly had a tiny taste of ginger and tasted sour. I will leave another review if I get sick from it because it is almost rancid tasting. I was really hoping that at least the food would make up for the horrible treatment.
I left them a 15% tip on a to go order where they weren’t even servicing us and really wish I could get that money back. I really advise anybody looking into ordering or dining out here to really take the good reviews with a grain of salt. Save your money and go to the Dragon Palace as their service is always amazing and the food is delicious. The only reason why we didn’t go to them this time was because they were not open until 4:00. Never, ever again!

Great place, great service! Skip the combination plates and try the Family style. Everything was amazing, fresh, and flavorful. Comes with several appetizers, choice of soup, bbq fried rice or steamed rice, and you each pick a main dish to share. All for $15. Love their hot and sour soup, but tried the wonton tonight and now I have a new favorite!
