We greatly enjoyed eating dinner at your restaurant. The bartender was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. She had a great personality as others sitting at the bar had a liking for her. She provided suggestions and great friendly service.
The bartender suggested the Phoenix Avocado Bacon Chicken Melt. The chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection. It was flavorful and juicy. The guacamole was fresh and tasty. We also ordered a Chicken Club sandwich. Simple sandwich that is tasteful and yummmm who doesn’t like bacon.
My all time favorites are gizzards and crinkle fries with spicy sour cream dip. Didn’t order any this time around. Much more, I have not encountered a particular dish I did not like. Kudos to your cook and bartender!

Love coming to this bar! Come here all the time and really love most of the bartenders, however, the female waitress is very judgmental and rude gave me and all my friends dirty looks while she was wearing what I would consider PJs. Not only is she rude and gives out dirty looks she laughed at my friend when asking to order food and we had to have the bartender order it for us instead. Hate having to leave a bad review, but this is not the first time I’ve had a bad interaction with her, I’ve actually never had a good interaction with her. She’s genuinely just so disrespectful. But overall, Phoenix is a great place besides her.

I’m not really a bar person, but I do love good bar food, and this place does it right. I had a blue burger, added bacon with cole slaw and fries. It’s definitely a good place to grab a hearty plate of down to earth grub.

The bartender , Brian, who typically works on Monday nights is not welcoming , not friendly, or personable, and had a rude comment to my daughter that was not necessary, which made us leave early . This was not the first bad encounter from him. We love the food and atmosphere and all the other servers and bartenders. After 3 unnecessary bad encounters with rude remarks (from 3 different nights from only him )we will call and make sure he’s not working , before we go.

Phoenix is a great bar and grill and they repeatedly have solid (great) food and we’ve eaten there many times. This was for a lunch meeting.
I had the bleu burger and onion blossoms and my colleague had the club sandwich.
They were fairly busy but we received the food quickly and were able to conduct business without being drowned-out by the TVs.
Was on the fence on 5-stars but for bar & grill where you aren’t expecting much they get it done.

We order from the Phoenix more often than I’d like to admit. Tonight, our GrubHub driver stole our food so we had to reorder. They called to make sure it wasn’t a mix up which I thought was really kind! When we got our second order, they had given us a gift card for the trouble. It was not even their fault but they still made sure we were taken care of! The food is always amazing and clearly the staff and management are stellar! If I could give them 100 stars I would! 🙂

The waitress was so nice and super helpful! The potato skins were the best I have ever had! The tater tots and kettle chips were excellent! We had the smoked chicken thighs. I was looking forward to them because you get a whole pound of smoked chicken. They were dry and flavorless, which I thought was impossible for dark meat. I may go back and try something else because everything besides the chicken was good.
