This place deserves 5 stars, straight up. I came once over a year ago and it was fine, but I’ve been back multiple times since and it’s actually so fire!!! The brulee boba lattes, specials, bao pork(beautiful and AMAZING), crispy tofu, and that mushroom tofu soup! Meow

Excellent service from Jenny. The pho had a lot of grease/oil and very little meat. I ordered a #12 and was disappointed. The only thing we liked was the coffee and the soft egg noodles.
The smell of the nail salon next door permeated the restaurant. I noticed this as soon as we walked in. If I return it will only be because of the excellent service we received.

So first off I want to say that I love the food here. Unfortunately as a matter of principal I will no longer be a patron. Today I was the recipient of an unfortunate set of event set in motion by the owners male relative who the servers call “the manager”. I don’t know his name, but he’s a squirmy weird looking gentleman and honestly has no business managing a sock drawer let alone a restaurant. Rachael the owner was forced to step in remotely via a phone call to rectify what this guy should have done on his own but clearly wasn’t taught the basics of accountability as a child so it’s clearly manifesting as an adult. My wife order three dinner plates and had me pick them up. When I got there Lizzy (a server) was excellent in making sure that the specifics my wife placed were not missing. While I waited for my order after charging my card $57, Lizzy came to me and said that there was a mistake with the amount charged and I was $.75 cents short. But what struck me was that she told me that the “manager” had voided my transaction and that I would need to pay again with the added charge and wait 3-5 business days to receive my refund. This is where the problem starts because anytime an employee makes a mistake usually the solution is to provide the customer with what they ordered and paid for and then rectify it later or absorb the cost of the mistake. Well this guy decided that he wasn’t going to do that and although my food was already bagged and ready to go, He would rather throw the food in the trash rather than do the right thing and have me come back when the $57 is refunded to my card and have me pay it at that time. I can’t tell you how I had to resort to the bottom of the barrel to control my emotions. The elderly Vietnamese lady called the owner Rachael she heard my complaint and immediately had them remake my order and asked if I could come back later to pay when I the funds reverted to my account. Honestly I’m not sure of if I will return there, however I am thankful that Rachael had the sense to keep a repeat customer happy. Shout out to Alley and Lizzy for their assistance and to Rachael for setting an example for what a manager is supposed to embody. The guy is her relative so I don’t anticipate him being let go, but she should definitely move him from any sort of customer service roll and keep him in the kitchen.

Traveling and looked up Asian restaurants near me and this popped up with great reviews and it didn’t disappoint! Lauren was amazing and her voice definitely went with her charm of hospitality and the Seafood Combination Pho was delicious! When I’m around here again I’m definitely making this a priority!

This was a to go order, I’m going to stop giving a tip on to go orders because sometime you don’t know the quality of your food until you leave. It was my first time ordering from here and my last. I ordered the sesame chicken, when I got home to eat my broccoli was brown, I didn’t eat it, I like crunchy dark green broccoli, it’s unfortunate for them to lose my business on my first visit.

Very nice, clean, and new. I was in early (11am) so was not crowded. Service was friendly and upbeat. Dark wood and tile inside with stone accent walls give a warm inviting feeling inside. Booths are also brand new so comfortable and stable (I hate torn fabric and shaky benches).
Appetizer was #7 grilled pork rolls.
Meal was #35 BUN combo. Portion size was very good with a lot of meat on the BUN combo!
Everything tasted great.

First of all, I have to update this review later with photos but for now this will have to do. Overall the atmosphere is cozy lil family owned restaurant. I have seen what I believe are the owners kids serving customers and they’re just precious. I come here often because the choices are limited in Kyle but this place always hits. Chicken fried rice is yummy and I always get the grilled chicken vermicelli. I’ve had several chicken vermicelli bowls through Austin and this one is pretty solid. The chicken is well marinated, not spicy for those that want flavor but can’t handle heat. However, they recently started selling chili oil and me being too lazy to make my own, am using this stuff to drown everything in chili oil. It’s flavorful and light. I’ve also gotten some of the drinks, brown sugar boba with cheese foam is quite good! The strawberry lemonade is refreshing as well. Plus they have the cutest freaking robots that deliver food! They even say excuse me when you’re in the way. Why yes little robot, I should scoot over! In general a solid place for some good food. It can get busy sometimes with to-go orders but I’d say they’re pretty quick usually. Which – I have only ever ordered to-go and it has never disappointed!
Update 2/29/24 to say: This place still has my heart. I have eaten inside several times since my last review and it is always so so so good. The servers are usually young adults probably trying to make ends meet, the turnover can be high, I get it. I’ve never had a problem with service despite that. I’ve always had a pleasant time and good solid food.
