Got the spring rolls (sauce is more peanut heavy, but delicious!), they were super fresh.
Got the rare steak + brisket and the steak + flank. Owner offered to us we could order the #3 without the tripe/tendon to get the 3 beef meats in one order. Broth was excellent and so good overall.
Restaurant was super clean, staff was super friendly and attentive. 10/10 will come back here again.

Service was awesome! We failed to let them know our daughter had a food allergy and realized they probably cooked our son’s shrimp in the same pan as the beef our daughter ordered. The owner kindly made her an entirely new plate for no charge!

The restaurant was clean and provided a nice relaxing atmosphere.
When we ordered my daughters meal we forgot to note that she had a shellfish allergy and my son asked if her food was cooked with his. Once we realized it was cooked together and acknowledged her allergy the owner, without missing a beat, offered to remake her dish and did not charge us.
The food was so good nothing went to waste and we will be back.

Absolutely delicious! The broth was so good. I had been hesitant to try this place because of the previous reviews but I’m glad we finally tried it. Definitely going to be my go-to spot.

I came in here with my mom a couple weeks ago and had the best time. It may seem intimidating at first with the technology but it makes choosing items and looking at the menu a lot easier, and it allowed more quality time for me to spend with my mom. The pho broth is one of the best I’ve had, I could taste the individual spices that had so beautifully come together. I had the pho with chicken that was delicious, and had sampled my moms beef pho. The meatballs were so good, it was the first time ever that I had ever actually like them in the pho. I could taste the freshness and quality. The tendon was so soft and packed a lot of flavor as well. The quality of the ingredients is unmatched. The vietnamese coffee also had nice flavor, and was just right. The spring rolls were also delicious, and I liked the additional veggies inside. The restaurant was well decorated with a nice clean modern style. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience and you can tell how much time and care went into the food. I can’t wait to try some more items and make more memories!

We really stumbled ourselves into this beautiful little establishment. My wife and I have made it a mission to try all Pho locations we can. We’ve tried from Mexico and most of the West Coast. The amount of love and emotion we feel in the food is definitely top 10. The broth heavenly. The albondigas, I cannot find another meatball that has such a flavor differentiating itself from others in all of the states honestly. We plan on coming back more often as it truly has won over our mouths.

So nice to have the small business owners back. Continues to be a great addition to the Grassfield community. Bun Bo Hue broth was way too salty for my liking though. On the other hand lots of protein with even a whole bone in pork chop in the bowl. Noodles were clumpy and soggy though

It was pretty expensive and offered very little service. When you walk through the door you are greeted by two standing kiosks waiting to receive your order.
We paid 170 dollars for the whole family to eat. We never received any of the drinks we ordered. The food came out sporadically with several people at the table receiving food way later than others. Our 3 year old had not received her food after all of us were nearly finished and we still had not received any of our drinks that we paid for. I found a beverage fridge at the back of the restaurant and grabbed our sodas myself but several people ordered Vietnamese coffee and unsweet tea. I had to find someone in the back to let them know and to also let them know my little girl had not received her meal.
In all fairness it looked like there was only two people working. But when you are paying nearly 200 dollars to eat somewhere there should be some level of customer service! Even if we had at least been given glasses of water while we waited.
Sad because the food was decent. We will unfortunately not be going back

I got the pho tai and 30. teriyaki chicken & fried egg with steamed rice. Broth is quality and flavorful. Love the kiosk option for my social anxiety. Owner made sure that i was understanding of its functions which I also really appreciated. Most of all the kids love it too.

The previous owner came back who is also the cook, and she is amazing! Food is excellent. Not as overpriced as other Pho places where the price hikes up every 6 months or so. The Gem in the Grassfield area.
