Visiting from out of state and we were craving for some Pho, we ended up here. Food was great and so far for me I loved the concept of the place, it’s different which makes it unique. They have vegetarian options which is good (I had people who are vegetarian who just came from vietnam). Good staff and respectful to your requests. They also have the cafe da sua(iced milk coffee) check out their menu as they have more che(desserts) as well

Considering all the reviews are from white people that think this is authentic quality pho, you’d be surprised what authentic pho really is. It’s way better and this, this place is … Interesting. The experience was interesting, but I would not call this authentic pho. My boyfriend (Hmong & Cambodian), his brother, and his friends (Chinese & Vietnamese), and I were on our way to Round 1 from Philly. But none of us ate yet and we wanted pho, this was the only place within distance to Round 1. The first thing I said when I came in was “We walked into some white place.” And then we saw one random Asian person in the back. I’m assuming West Chester demographic is all white people, so that’s why there were white workers calling it Foh and not Pho (Fahhh). But the chipotle style is way too confusing for people who do eat authentic pho or are from outside of West Chester. My boyfriend’s mom’s homemade pho is just as good as Vietnamese homemade pho. The prices are expensive compared to what we are used to. The Banh Mi was $7 compared to the actual $4 it really is. Just because some of the places in Philly aren’t fancy enough for you doesn’t mean it’s not quality. As I said this place is interesting, but the workers tried to be helpful. But they looked like they never seen so many Asians in one place. They don’t give enough meat in the Pho. The spring rolls are too oily. And who puts lime in the bowl under the pho? The noodles were good, the broth needed more flavor. It had the taste just needed more of it. Some of the additives were still hard. The beefballs I had were pretty good though. But yeah no matter how much Sriracha or Hoistin sauce I used, the flavor was not just quite there yet. IDK it was a culture shock experience. The Thai tea was too sweet compared to regular Thai tea. I mean if it’s for the experience I’d give it a 3.5, but for the pho a 3 out of 5.

Staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Limited selection. Not complicated. Choose your protein and toppings. Very large portion.

Awesome food! Totally comparable to the Pho you can get in the city, and with better customer service. First time here, but I’m pretty sure this is going to be out favorite pho spot. The broth is tasty and they don’t skimp on meat, and the staff is super helpful in helping you pick out what is most delicious and authentic. Coming back soon. My only question is why you are reading reviews and not eating here now 🙂

I like the whole concept of custom making your pho, it’s neat and you get to pick any ingredients. The whole idea is it eliminate food waste. One must exercise patience because ordering may take some time. The food was great and the staff is friendly. Visually the restaurant is clean and the color schemes is really nice inside.

Decent Pho. Not what you would get in Philly, but they make up for the lack in authenticity with fresh quality ingredients, large portions and a bright clean restaurant. Prices were reasonable. Staff was friendly and service was fast. The Subway style ordering let’s you pick what you want. The only knock was you cannot get a plain hot black or green tea- only milk teas. I’m not a fan of milk teas and they were almost 5 bucks. Overall it’s a good place to get a big bowl of hearty noodle soup on a cold day.

I tried it for the first time today and loved it! I had the veg broth pho with tofu & mushrooms; my friend had chicken broth pho with chicken, and we both loved it! Terrific flavors and fresh vegs. Servings were large & we both took some home. Servers were friendly and informative. I’ll be back often!
