I posted a review on 12/10 but can’t locate it. I love Spring Rolls with tofu or shrimp. I haven’t purchased this item in a while and was craving fresh spring rolls. I generally pick up spring rolls in Benicia but this day, I decided to try Pho Vy based on reviews. I ordered shrimp spring rolls and grilled chicken salad. First, when received, my order was wrong. I did not receive the grilled chicken salad. In place of that item, I received chicken spring rolls. Both types of spring rolls were very bland, no veggies other than the lettuce. I will not be back due to the bland food and the order being wrong. On top of that, I tipped before receiving the food. Another lesson learned. I would rather pay a little more and get the best to enjoy.

I ordered several meals, sides, and desserts to be delivered and everything was perfect. The items were packed very well, nothing spilling or leaking, and everything in the containers looked as good as if in the restaurant, with dipping sauces, garnishes, etc. The food was Delicious! The mango dessert was so fresh and tasty. Only $55 and the portions are so hearty it’s enough for 4 people, with leftovers!

My first time ever trying hu tieu and the food was okay! I thought the broth was a bit too light for my taste and had to add more garnishes and sauce. However they were very generous with the protein portions. I think there was a surcharge for using credit card. Service was very fast and staff were really kind! Located in a small plaza with plenty of parking.

I ate here on 7/16 for dinner and everything was phenomenal.
I had the combo rice plate with pork, shrimp, and Korean short ribs and was extremely satisfied with the amount of food and the flavor. I also had an order of the salt and pepper chicken wings which were excellent and came with fried peppers that were amazing.
The real star of the show was the bahn mi. I got the charbroiled pork bahn mi and it might be the best one I’ve ever had. The bread was perfectly toasted, light and crispy, with incredible flavors in every bite. I already have plans to go back tomorrow to try one of their other sandwiches.
Can’t go wrong by coming here, everything is prepared with care.
10/10 will be back!

Wanted to try this place for so long only to be hugely disappointed. Tables had not been cleaned.
The Banh Mi was so bad. The bread was burnt, and the inside was so dry. The shoots of the cilantro was all i could focus on with each bite.
Service was pretty subpar. Missing an item when my food was ready. Looked like another diner was waiting for something else to come out, not touching the bowl of Pho already at their table.
Better off going to Springs Rd in Vallejo, which is unfortunate for Benicia.

Was in the mood for some soup. Decided to go for some Pho. I work in the industrial area of Benicia and this place came up. Veryyyy yummy! Customer service was accommodating, the gentleman asked me if I needed utensils (even tho, it’s upon request per CA bill). Will definitely come back and try out the mango dessert!!!

Our family tried Pho Vy Benicia tonight and we were seriously impressed. The Bahn Mi was delicious; fresh rolls, tangy crisp pickled veggies and savory charbroiled pork. The beef pho was so aromatic and comforting – some of the best we’ve tasted. My husband’s BBQ pork vermicelli bowl was awesome; super flavorful. I also highly recommend the fresh brewed peach iced tea. Lastly, they finish your meal with a complimentary scoop of strawberry ice cream. Kids will love it! The prices are so reasonable for the quality and amount, and the staff were cheerful and kind. Family owned and operated. A well deserved 5 stars.

UPDATE: my review used to be 5 stars. This became a place I frequented and loved dearly. Unfortunately, I went in for dinner last night and it appears there are new owners 🙁 the food was so bad. My banh mi was so disappointing and my partner got pho and said it was salty and had no real flavor. It was definitely not the same, and this place has been consistent every single time we’ve been for over a year. Very disappointing. The staff was nice but I don’t ever want to eat that food again.

My mom was sick so I looked up local Pho, they text a confirmation after I placed my order, sent an email to see how everything was. Food was ready and hot, right on time. My mom very much enjoyed it! Will gladly be ordering again soon!
