S4. Ga Xao Xa Ot – Chicken Lemongrass strips of white meat chicken sautéed with Lemongrass and served with steamed rice.
H1. Hu Tiu My Tho – Chicken broth soup with pork, shrimp, rice noodles, green onion and fried scallions..

Both dishes were very flavorful even when combining the two together in some areas. H1. There was only 3 shrimp but plenty of pork. as for S4. It had plenty of onions and chicken. The pictures show the before and after picture of setting everything up. We will definitely be trying more items on this menu.

We had a really delicious meal tonight. We ordered the Summer roll, Vietnamese coffee, chicken lo mein, and beef pho. The summer roll was nice and thick, coffee was not too sweet, and both our entrees were very tasty. The beef pho broth was excellent. It’s clean and quiet inside and our food came out in a decent amount of time.

This place doesn’t even deserve the one-star I’m forced to give. I arrived around 6 PM on a Thursday, and the restaurant was about one-third full. No tea and brisket or bun bo hue were available, but I was told they could prepare something similar. I agreed to try it, and we also ordered fried rice, lo mein, and Vietnamese egg rolls.
We waited 30 minutes for our appetizer and an additional 30 for our unsatisfactory meals. When the appetizer arrived, it was just two small, skinny rolls. They tasted like old grease and had minimal filling. The fish sauce that was served with them tasted quite old as well. It was very dark and had a white film on top. We ate the rolls because we were starving, but they were not at all enjoyable.
My bun bo hue was little more than pho, and it wasn’t even good pho. The meat tasted like it had freezer burn, and the meatballs seemed to be spoiled. The broth had an odd flavor; it was dark, murky, and excessively sweet. The lo mein and fried rice were bland, with the only seasoning being an overwhelming amount of salt. If the excessive saltiness didn’t make the food inedible, the grease certainly did. We left all the food behind because we feared we might get food poisoning.
Food rating: 0/10.
During our visit, the service was disappointing. Our waitress, a young girl, appeared to be more focused on her boyfriend at a nearby table than on attending to us. She forgot to bring us water, an extra bowl, and the lettuce that should have accompanied our rolls. Although she checked on us frequently throughout our hour-long wait, she would ask if everything was okay while we sat at our empty table, confused about what we were supposed to be rating or enjoying, as we had no food.
Service 2/10
At checkout, we mentioned that the meat in the pho was going bad and that the fried rice and lo mein were overly salty. Her only response was an apology. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Went in today, had the same dish…. Simply amazing you need to try! I had the stir fried shrimp chicken and beef on a bed of fried egg noodles! Amazing! Fresh and hot! I asked for mild spicy and it was just hot enough for me to enjoy. I will definitely be back and recommend you give it a try.

This was my first visit to this location since it recently opened. The ambience and feel of the establishment is great. Perfect amount of light and space. The server was nice and efficient. The food was superb! I had the P8 which is just the noodles and soup, but that was a good choice for me on a Friday during Catholic Lent. The toppings and condiments such as bean sprouts, onion, hoisin sauce, cilantro, etc. add the perfect flavor and were plentiful. Some places are stingy… not here. Only gripe was that they charged for refills on the soda. I will be comimg back again soon!

Overall is good with authentic Vietnamese food and a decent Pho restaurant. Ordered a Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle). I see the most popular dish here is Pho. It looks good and solid amount of meat, noodle and broth. I had one before. I liked the pho better than Bun Bo Hue even the dish present a better color and look delicious. Today I tried Bun Bo Hue, the broth was a decent. And without Mam tom (shrimp paste) it quite alright and little less flavorful than it should be. It could been a perfect Bun Bo Hue with Mam Tom. There is good customer service and the girl/waitress is very knowledgeable about the menu and food in general. The restaurant is clean and spacious. I would recommend any eho wanna to try Vietnamese pho and a decent Bun Bo Hue. I might come back to try one of their specialities dishes, Mi Xiao Gion the crispy fried egg noodle with sea food variety. It is very popular among Vietnamese, Chinese, and Thai. Come by and check it out yourself. Won’t be disappointed.

Overall it was ok. The service is great and the restaurant was very clean and bright. I order the Pho and finished it. They were a little skimpy on their serving size. My daughter ordered the spicy noodles, it lack flavor and the meat was very fatty and chewy. Nice place but I won’t be coming back.

Nobody else in there except for us. The waitress sat in the corner on her phone and never attended to US unless we called her over. Not really good customer service! Food was okay. I wouldn’t go back. the 2 Vietnamese fried rolls are more like the small Thai spring rolls $7. Ordered some fresh shredded pork and vermicelli rolls $7…They had no flavor. Unfortunately it was a waste of money. I ordered grilled pork rice plate. It wasn’t worth the $15. The pork is flattened out to a very thin piece of meat. It was dry and not flavorful. The pho soup was decent but it didn’t have a lot of flavor, as other restaurants that I’ve had it at. Overall I think they’re trying to keep the business but I wouldn’t go back as much as they charge.
