The approach to the menu was easy. We had no interest in trying to reinvent food. We went with choices that were popular with basic, home style meals just from a wide range of fresh ingredients. We are known for our generous portions of great authentic Vietnamese pho soups and dishes. Pho VN has tasty food and friendly service each time we go there. My family has eaten here for years. They always greet us with friendly smiles and make us feel like a part of their family. Sorry to say but can’t not go here no more. The meat smell bad I refuse to eat the pHo.but I took couple of bites i can smell the broth.smell rotten. The noodles are way too soft over and cook. The meat is like been sitting defrost and Frozen and reuse because it have a very strong smell to it.I almost puke.sorry I can’t .i feel So sorry for this restaurant. Don’t tell me they were reused the noodles.becuse that is crazy. I’m Asians so you can’t fool me.

This is my boyfriend and I favorite pho restaurant! We had our first date here so it is special to us!
I adore the guy that works here he is so sweet and kind! Also love how fast the food always comes out! Definitely recommend the number 1 or 2! I like the thinner steak so I always get the number 1! And my boyfriend would recommend the spring rolls!

They’re friendly, courteous and the food comes out pretty fast. Prices are better than average but the food is Super awesome! I’m not a seafood person but my wife is and she is very particular about restaurant food. She loves it so I’m a happy guy. Enjoy.

Found a piece of hair in my pho, broth was also watery and really salty – almost tasted like sweat and tears. Would not recommend the pho. Side veggies were also not fresh and looked like they’ve been sitting out for days.

This place is so good! They are so nice and the service is so quick! One of those places you feel good to spend your money at. I like my pho with steak and shrimp and no one offers that but they do it for me here no problem. Their broth is so good you don’t even need to add anything if you didn’t want to! Their pho is cheaper and better than competitors!

Pho VN is in Willow station but is tucked in the corner that’s facing Nees Avenue. It’s owned by a Vietnamese family who keeps it very clean, organized, and COVID friendly. So glad to see them serving during these crazy times. If you’re looking for authentic Pho then you should stop by and tell them I sent you. I know the dedication and hard ship firsthand what it takes to keep a business open in our current environment. Thank you guys for your dedication and always providing a great meal.

Food is mediocre. Customer service was even worse.
I’ve eaten here before and it was okay. This place is nearby our work. Walked in to order food for the whole office. The lady behind the counter was just on her phone, completely ignored me, she was just looking at her phone while I stood there waiting to order, watching her casually on her phone. She definitely knew I was there, she just chose to be on her phone instead of taking my order I guess??
I just left and went to the pho place up the street. A lot better service AND food there. Never going to this place again. There’s such thing as bad customer service, but this place has NO customer service lol

The pho soup is still delicious but the bowl is smaller and the price is the same. The pho is still worth the $8.95. It’s that good.
My disappointment is in the order of spring rolls…it no longer has the piece of bbq pork. It is replaced with the very thinly sliced piece of boiled meat….i can’t tell if it’s pork or chicken…it has no flavor and is very pale. That tiny piece of bbq pork is what made the spring rolls tasty. Now all you taste is lettuce, rice noodle and a little cilantro. Don’t be so cheap that you sacrifice the flavor.
