The pork chop has that perfect smoky char, juicy on the inside, and the flavor really stands out. The eggplant is so soft. It gives the whole dish this comforting, homey vibe. The vermicelli itself is super light and refreshing, so even with the big portion of meat, it doesn’t feel heavy at all. I mean it is really attractive to me. I am not a meat meat person. But I love their Pork chop!
I also had the Thai iced tea, and it was sweet, creamy, and refreshing. The portion is generous, the presentation is neat.
You can tell the boss did put effort into the details. Hope you guys will keep improving!!!
I’ve had vermicelli bowls before, but adding grilled eggplant is such a smart twist!!!
Hello???!!! Is this competitor hate or what??
The soup is very flavorful!!! l’d say some of the best and largest portion pho (compared to all the places I go in Manhattan)
Hey boss! Do some ads PLEASE!
Even before adding the broth, you could tell the ingredients were fresh, good amount of beef, clean and crisp toppings.
Once the broth was in, everything came together really nicely. Would order again.
Price-wise, $15 feels a bit high since other pho and vermicelli spots nearby are usually around $12–13, but the taste and quality made it worth it. This place is new, and you can tell they care about their food and service, which gives them a good chance to stand out against the competition.
I left satisfied and will definitely come back. Next time I’ll try the pho or banh mi to see how it compares to the other spots in the area.
We ordered beef pho and Spring Rolls Stuffed with Shrimps. The soup head of pho is very fresh, the beef is tender and fragrant, and the powder is slippery. It is very comfortable to eat a bowl in winter. Spring roll is very refreshing, shrimp is very big, dipped in soy sauce sweet and sour is very appetizing.
Also tried Vietnamese coffee, really very strong and sweet, refreshing effect first-class!
