Chef Papa is better. Gua Gua next door is good, so is Hunan Noodles. The bubble tea place is okay, not great. Marathon Diner is pretty good.

Wow, I tried their new grilled pork chop with eggplant vermicelli, it blew me away.

The pork chop has that perfect smoky char, juicy on the inside, and the flavor really stands out. The eggplant is so soft. It gives the whole dish this comforting, homey vibe. The vermicelli itself is super light and refreshing, so even with the big portion of meat, it doesn’t feel heavy at all. I mean it is really attractive to me. I am not a meat meat person. But I love their Pork chop!

I also had the Thai iced tea, and it was sweet, creamy, and refreshing. The portion is generous, the presentation is neat.

You can tell the boss did put effort into the details. Hope you guys will keep improving!!!

I’ve had vermicelli bowls before, but adding grilled eggplant is such a smart twist!!!

Visited a couple times, their fried chicken wings are exceptional! It’s large and juicy, but also very crispy! Got the coconut coffee as drink, not over sweetened. Great balanced taste. Wish to come back again and try other food!

I avoided this place because of some reviews. But it was freezing and I really wanted hot soup, so I ordered the beef pho.

Hello???!!! Is this competitor hate or what??

The soup is very flavorful!!! l’d say some of the best and largest portion pho (compared to all the places I go in Manhattan)

Hey boss! Do some ads PLEASE!

Such a good find in the LIC food court! Pho Vital serves really tasty pho, and everything feels clean and well-organized. It’s very convenient for a quick meal, and the quality honestly exceeded my expectations.

The beef pho was better than I expected.
Even before adding the broth, you could tell the ingredients were fresh, good amount of beef, clean and crisp toppings.
Once the broth was in, everything came together really nicely. Would order again.

I live close by and visit every once in awhile. Their food are pretty good. The spring rolls are like no other! And they now have a holiday discount for like half price. I also like their bbq pork chop rice, soo tender and juicy is my favorite. Tried their coconut coffee today and liked it. Will come another day.

I’d say this pho is better than the restaurant nearby even as a food court style. They give plenty of ingredients and both the beef and chicken broths are tasty in their own ways.

This Laksa noodle is so underwhelming. First of all the soup is very watery and it tasted more like curry than laksa. There are only few shrimps, 2 baby corns and canned mushrooms in the soup. I was still hungry after this meal and I don’t even eat much in general (and this cost about $18) I will give one star for the food but I will give this place another chance so I added one more star, I will go try other stuffs next time.

I tried the Grilled Chicken Vermicelli ($15) and honestly, I really liked it. The chicken was tender and full of flavor, not bland at all. The noodles were fresh, the crunchy topping added a nice texture, and the salad with vinegar/oil dressing tied everything together, making it feel balanced and filling.

Price-wise, $15 feels a bit high since other pho and vermicelli spots nearby are usually around $12–13, but the taste and quality made it worth it. This place is new, and you can tell they care about their food and service, which gives them a good chance to stand out against the competition.

I left satisfied and will definitely come back. Next time I’ll try the pho or banh mi to see how it compares to the other spots in the area.

This Vietnamese food is really good!

We ordered beef pho and Spring Rolls Stuffed with Shrimps. The soup head of pho is very fresh, the beef is tender and fragrant, and the powder is slippery. It is very comfortable to eat a bowl in winter. Spring roll is very refreshing, shrimp is very big, dipped in soy sauce sweet and sour is very appetizing.

Also tried Vietnamese coffee, really very strong and sweet, refreshing effect first-class!
