It doesn’t get better than Pho Vinh. The broth here is so good, I often stop for a container to go just for sipping. Today I had vegetarian pho but with beef broth. I love the fried tofu and all the veg you get in the vegetarian, but there’s no way Im passing up the beef broth. A+

Unhygienic Pho place!
I got a Vegetarian Pho at this place and was very excited to have it as I hadn’t had lunch that day. When I ordered the dish, they gave fresh salad which was not so fresh as the cabbage had already turned brown. The Pho came in a big bowl and I was excited to have it until I found a dead bug in my “Vegetarian” dish. The tables and floor are also very dirty and I would not recommend this place to anyone who is particular about their food, especially vegan/vegetarian people.

I had the most exceptional Banh Mi sandwich; the bread was freshly baked, and the sandwich was bursting with flavor. The pho6 soup was equally delicious, generously filled with steak and brisket. The owner provided a very pleasant and welcoming experience.

Food was good. Service was bad. They forgot one of our group’s food entirely until we caught the eye of a staff member in the kitchen. This was before the lunch rush, so there were maybe 4 tables in use in the restaurant. The rest of the table was finished with their food by the time this individual finally received their meal. We were trying to catch a waiter’s attention for the check for 10 minutes. Then, we were waiting for another 10 minutes for the check. I ended up having to go to the front counter to pick up the checks myself and bring them back to the table. I had been to this restaurant once before and the service wasn’t bad before. I’m not sure of this was an off day, or if there have been changes to the management or something else, but we were not impressed. The banh mi is very good though. Maybe just order takeout instead of dining in.

Very disappointing experience. The environment was average clearly, and cleanliness was also not up to a good standard. There was little to no service provided, yet the restaurant automatically added a mandatory 20% service fee to the bill without any prior notice.
I have been to many similar pho restaurants, and I have never seen a place force a 20% service charge like this. If the owners want to improve their business, they should focus on improving service and overall quality, not shift the responsibility of paying staff wages onto customers in this way.
Policies like this are frustrating, lack transparency, and are not sustainable in the long run. I will not be returning.

Ordered grilled pork with rice. Pork portion has gone down in volume and quality. Very thin and very small sized pieces so the tiny pieces were way over cooked, like extra crispy bacon. Rice was good and sliced tomato and cucumber were very fresh.

This place is absolutely absurd!! They put a 20% gratuity automatically on any and ALL orders. In the amount of time that I have been to several locations, I have never heard of a mandatory 20% on everything. Normally, it is only on a 5+ guests or a $100+ order. I understand that eating at an establishment is a luxury, but when the server didn’t even come by and no one came to our table to attend it AT ALL, other than take our order; I don’t believe that I have to be forced to pay for a service that I DIDN’T receive! There were no signs on the door, or anything that showed this being the case. I asked if online orders had no gratuity added, and he stated that only Dine-In had a mandatory gratuity. This location has AMAZING PHO, but for $18 a bowl, and 20% gratuity, I definitely will choose several places before here.
At the end of the day, it’s not about the fact that I can’t pay it, but there was no option or information posted. Additionally, he still selected for us to choose additional gratuity, when there was no service given (solely speaking in the back with the rest of the staff). He stated that it was because the manager and owner set the system up like that as people left without tipping……..if the servers aren’t making their tips, then management and the owner should provide. It should not be everyone’s job to be charged 20% on all and any service, even if it was minimum.
Again, it’s a luxury and I am happy to tip anything as-long as I get more than a greeting. But I should have an option, just as any to show how great their service was by the tip amount.
Again, please for the love of EVERYTHING eat their PHO cause it tastes amazing like nothing i’ve had in Michigan. But order out, or know that they won’t post signs and force you to tip 20% even if they didn’t do more than type in an order………….

We ordered pho and grilled pork rolls. Everything was very fresh and had a decent amount of meat and the service was good as well. It was our 1st time there and we will definitely go back on those cold days. The only thing I was surprised, they charge for extra lime which we didn’t need but hubby and I were surprised to see that on the menu.

This was the second time we visited. The food is really amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The pork and egg rolls over noodles is great. The pork in that is the star of the show. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a really good experience here both times. Looking forward to the next visit.

3 stars for pho/vermicelli and banh mi, 4 stars for jack fruit smoothie. I wouldn’t say much about the pho because there wasn’t anything special. The broth wasn’t bad but it tastes like any other average pho place soup. They didn’t have much/or almost no cilantro so I assume you’d have to ask if you want that flavor in your soup. Jack friut smoothie was surprisingly good – would definitely get it next time as well. The atmosphere, cleanliness, staff friendliness were all pretty good. Wish they put a bit more extra effort in the food to become a pho place known for their taste.
