This place is a nice diamond in the rough. Started with the combo platter appetizer which allowed us to sample some tasty treats. We had the Bulgogi and Pork Belly Stir Fry. The portions are good size. The vegetables are crisp and fresh. The long grain jasmine rice is good. Prices are in point for the servings and flavors. The owners are friendly and check on their customers. A MUST place to eat!

Great NEW little mom and pop place serving traditional Vietnamese dishes with a twist here and there. Theresa went out of her way to make us feel welcome and is beyond want you would normally get as a server at even an upscale place. Something I truly miss when dining out anymore. Our party had the chicken massaman curry, the chicken pad thai and the chicken Pho. All dishes were pleasantly presented and highly satisfying. I highly suggest the Vietnamese iced tea and the Tom Yum soup to start. Both were very unique and pleasing to the taste buds. Never had this take on Tom Yum before and was most impressed.
Well worthy the trip from Boardman and we look forward to many more stops there, it being such a casual and inviting place.

The place I was staying did not disappoint me when the suggested Pho’ viez. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. The waitress was snappy and friendly. The food was hot, fresh, and masterfully prepared. The chef/owner (Joel?) is an incredible cook and very friendly. He personally came out to check on the guests more than once. I highly recommend this establishment. I never give 5 stars for anything but this place is superb. (Dishes pictured: top-Japanese Beefy Ramen, bottom- Korean Pork Belly Stir Fry)

Very unique restaurant many menu options Chinese Japanese Korean Vietnamese Thai. Had the grilled salmon absolutely delicious fresh veggies service was great the owners are awesome people First time eating there. Plan on coming back. Thanks Chef Joel and wife.

Some of the noodles were oh so slightly undercooked but besides that this place, true to its claim, is a Thai / Viatnamese/ Japanese restaurant with a twist. I got the beefy ramen and it cost me around $15 with tip. Highly recommend if you like this type of cuisine.

I tried this place for the first time today with co-workers. It was pretty good. I ordered pork egg rolls, which I could tell were made fresh. They were good but, I think I would have preferred the veggie ones. I also got beefy ramen which was good and flavorful but, it really felt like too much. I would definitely eat here again but, I would try different things.

My husband and i have tried several of the curry dishes, the bun, spring rolls, fried tofu, and steamed dumplings. So far we haven’t had anything that we didn’t like. The service is always excellent.
Update- After not eating here for a few months my husband and I got take out on Wednesday night. So disappointing. The noodles in the bun were hard and the flavor wasn’t anywhere near as delicious as it used to be. Other reviews say this place is under new ownership and you can definitely tell.

This place came highly recommended by several friends and all their praise was well deserved. My brother was a chef, so I’m a little picky. The food was fresh,very high end and gourmet.The portion sizes were huge, we had enough for a couple of more meals. It tasted even better the next day. The Chef owner came out to check on our meal, and will customize your meal according to your tolerance for spice. A little gem in Mineral Ridge.
