Food very fresh. Great flavors. Friendly service. There was a brisk takeout crowd. Note: restaurant is connected to Chevron station building, they do not share an entrance. Five tables inside.

Just want to give a shout out to the new Pho place on Pearl St and Thrash next to the Chrevron and across from Ron’s Pharmacy called Pho & Vietnamese Cuisine. Don’t let the outside fool you the food was great! First of all it’s the cheapest in town! Only $13 for the small bowl and $16 for the large. We both ordered the small Beef Bowl which was filling and more than enough, 2 Fresh Shrimp Spring rolls $6, and we shared the sweet Avocado Smoothie $7. Family owned, the kind owner came out to ask how we liked it and later his sweet wife also checked in on us asking if we needed anything. I love when owners ask customers for their feedback. It shows they care about the quality of their food and service. The bowl had plenty of brisket and noodles served with fresh herbs, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and sliced lime. The Fresh Spring Rolls stuffed with vermicelli noodles, cucumbers, lettuce, and shrimp were also yummy and served with a tasty peanut dipping sauce. I loved the sweet Avocado Smoothie topped with whipped cream which me and hubby shared. It was the perfect ending to our meal and helped quell the spiciness of the sriracha sauce I was generous with. The rice dishes looked delicious as well which I want to try next time. I encourage you to stop by and give them a try! It’s the perfect meal to warm you up esp in this weather. Support small businesses!

The beef pho and grilled pork spring rolls were DELICIOUS. Food came out fresh and piping hot. The beef and pho noodles absolutely melted in my mouth, I cannot emphasize enough how good it is.
Seating is limited inside and there was a bit of wait for the food but it is so worth it.

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to thus far. I went here with my family and we sampled the usual Vietnamese dishes people usually get. I’ve got to say, the Pho soup was delicious, their Special Combo Fried rice was delicious, and the Stir Fried Noodle was also delicious. Can confidently say that all their food is going to be good if those three were. Their food also has the care and pride that I look for whenever my family and I eat out, you can tell on the first few bites — not too little or too much of salt, pepper, or anything. It’s just right.
The atmosphere is very nice as well, very comfortable. A little more furniture and I wouldn’t mind taking naps here. The restaurant is family owned, cozy, and you can tell everyone there is kind and relaxed.
My only complaint that I have for them is that I wish their menu was larger like other restaurants in the cuisine (other Vietnamese restaurants have 50+ items). They’ve fifteen different food items, from what I saw, which is still a lot. Though, I was hoping they had some Korean style Beef Medallions, my favorite dish from Vietnamese and Korean restaurants.
Their Boba Tea and other drinks (Thai tea and Smoothies) can contend with the best of them in taste. They’re delicious and balanced. Again, their selection is small, but what they do have is perfect. We tried the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, Matcha Boba Tea, Thai Tea.
I will say with confidence that I would be able to eat here every day and not get tired of it, easy. Eating here definitely satisfied my Vietnamese food cravings. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family. I now know Granbury has a good Vietnamese restaurant.

Great new addition to Granbury. As far as the Granbury foreign cuisine options go 10/10. Food is great. As far as strictly Pho goes, solid 8/10. I had pork spring rolls and shrimp Pho. Both delicious, but the sauce for rolls and Pho were both just missing that last little bit. I can’t tell if it just needed a little acidity or what, but it was still very delicious and great service.
