Delish! I come here everytime I’m in town. I go back fourth with meat combo pho or their fried chicken wings and mix combo fried rice.

Great food, friendly service, nice and not too shabby place. As they say, if the place has a certain “good” trashy look, then the food is great. The staff are always welcoming, and the cuisine is always tasty. I’d recommend highly for casual dine in. The pho bowl being square was a neat and unique surprise. Plain and simple with the focus on the food.

Came in for a warm bowl of pho and that’s what I got which was surprising. Eggrolls came out quick and were room temperature, and the pho was soggy/greasy.

Ok, we are super picky with our pho. It was good, don’t get me wrong. It is wonderful that they are here in Alaska and we want to keep them here. Was it the best pho of our life? No. We wish that the broth was deeper color and had more of that natural oil from boiling it down. Leaving the fatty parts is a good thing in our book. Great portion sizes, would recommend for comfort food.
Loved their durian shake. If you like durian then I highly recommend coming here. Gave it one star higher than I was going to just for the durian shake. Enjoy!

The food was alright. Im having Pho Combo (it taste ok), Fried Tofu (it said on the menu this come with tamarind) but it only come with soysauce so I dont like it at all. I think it was alright over all… Young female server are friendly but the old woman who cashier are not friendly and didnt make me feel welcome by saying “May I help you” instead of Hi, How Many People…

There is a decent number of Asian in AK, but I think the asian restaurants here are pretty meh. We didn’t try that many places, but we weren’t really impressed with any. For example, the pho at this place lacks some flavors, feel like it is more suitable for western people. The spicy noodle soup is not even close to what it should be. The broth just doesn’t taste the same. The portion is huge tho. Not too sure if I’d come back

My family & I were treated very friendly. The place was very well clean and I notices the worker that took our order was also cleaning as she go instead of standing behind the counter like most restaurants. We were offer a high chair even when we didn’t need one, that was great. Most pho restaurants don’t offer unless we ask.
My husband & I got bowl pho, I love my ox tail and he loves his seafood pho. We enjoy the broth, it was perfect. Laab was dinner for my husband, the dish could be cook or raw & he wanted raw, his all time favorite. We forgot to ask for sticky rice instead of steam rice but his dinner was still satisfying.
I would recommend this place to all my friends and family no doubt. Keep up the great work team Pho8

My go-to place is “Pho & Grill” but I decided to try Pho Vietnam #8 and I was not disappointed. The service may be a tad slow as there were many people ordering out, but the food is flavorful & delicious. I ordered #12, the clear noodle seafood soup. There was a lot of seafood in there: 3 large shrimp, 1 large scallop, and a ton of squid; there were also fish balls that had no taste. For those who want to cut carbs out of their diet, the clear, tapioca-based noodle is the way to go. I’m attaching a picture here. I also ordered a tapioca pudding with taro for dessert. Because the owner & 2 staff were so busy I never got my glass of water. I won’t strike them for this.

Clean restaurant & friendly staff, ordered pho combo extra noodle/meat.
Pho is good, didn’t have any seafood, which was kind of disappointing since it is a combo.
Good place for pho, lots of room for improvements
