Stopped into this Pho Vietnamese spot in New Hartford, NY and it absolutely hit the mark. We came in hungry and left very happy.
I ordered the beef pho, my wife had the seafood pho, and our friend went with the fish ball pho—all three bowls were excellent. The broth was rich, clean, and deeply flavorful without being heavy, and everything tasted fresh. You can tell real care goes into the cooking. The beef was tender, the seafood was perfectly cooked, and the fish balls had great texture—nothing overdone.
We also shared a papaya salad, which was a standout. Crisp, refreshing, and well-balanced with just the right mix of tang, sweetness, and crunch. It paired perfectly with the pho.
Portion sizes were generous, presentation was great (photos don’t lie), and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. This is the kind of place you come back to when you’re craving comfort food that’s actually done right.

Pho has been a go to for my family and I for years. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are always high. Everything we have had is delicious! The environment is welcoming and inviting and the staff is always beyond friendly! The owners of this restaurant take so much pride in the food they serve and the service they provide! I highly recommend making this restaurant one of your favs too! You will not be disappointed! Quality, authentic, fresh, friendly, clean, exceptional, all describe this restaurant! I could keep going but you get the hint! Also, you can easily order online using their user friendly website, complete with pictures and amazing descriptions!

The food is good here but the prices are a little higher than expected. $7.75 for two spring rolls with some chicken is a little much. The pho was delicious! Otherwise the service was good and the food hit the spot. I’ll be coming back to try other things on the menu.

We ran late close to closing due to taking care of an elderly family member. My sister was also visiting home with my year old nephew i have not met until this first visit back home for her. They did not rush us, they were extremely kind and hospitable given the time, and we greatly appreciated the generosity. The food is amazing as always, a hard working family. Thank you so much!! The waitress with the dreads was very nice with wonderful customer service.

To say I was impressed with this place is an understatement. The pho I had was phenomenal! While I did wait 10-20 mins for my food, I expected this cuz they were busy & they thanked me for waiting so still a 5 star imo. Haven’t had pho in years & I was not disappointed! Me and my family have been going here since they were in the big apple plaza. The food has always been great & everything on time and hot. This weekend we decided to dine in and the service was horrible. We had asked for 2 appetizers and only ever received 1. The Ramen I had ordered came out lukewarm instead of hot. I also never received my noodles. We had another guest join us 25-30 mins after and she asked for water and never received it. I understand it may be busy, but they not only asked once but twice & yet both times never received their water. The food was A+ and the atmosphere was amazing, i just feel like the service has gone a bit down since they’ve moved spots.

I have been to Pho SO many times. The food is always good, the service is hit or miss. Last week, we had a server who just took or order without writing it down. Everything came correctly, but I don’t like when they do that!
Tonight, we had a server I’ve never seen and I’m sorry but she was awful. We had our baby with us. She got us a booster. Yay. …. We sat, looked at menu…. Ten minutes later I went to find her and ask if we could place our order (with a baby time is of the essence…). We did that. She even recorded it. Great. But then, she disappeared for minutes and again no service, had to go ASK for water.
When our food came, my husband said he didn’t want the lemonade he ordered because he will be done eating by then. Sure enough, by the end of his meal, a DIFFERENT person brings out his lemonade, and I told her, “No thank you, he’s done now …”???
She also never came back to check on us. Not once.
I don’t understand. I like it when they bring you water when you sit, and also check on you…. Oh, and bring your drink WITH your meal.
I feel rude to say, but she was probably the worse server we have ever had anywhere sadly.

We decided to visit here on a Saturday afternoon, around 2pm, and it was amazing! We were able to get a nice, mostly private table, the staff were very attentive, and very kind. My mom ordered the Stir Fried Noodles with Seafood, and she absolutely loved it!! I ordered the Pho with the Brisket, and it was soooooooo delicious!! We also ordered the pan fried pork dumplings and the fresh summer spring rolls, both of which were a huge hit! Highly recommend!!!

I would say the food tastes good when it comes to fresh starts like from morning til noon. But when it comes after that, food taste like it was cooked yesterday, and the rice looks like it was reserved like 1 or 2 days ago you can tell by how it was hardened. And the curry is not enough meat/seafood and vegetables on it. I want to consider that curry needs a little bit more soup base and meat/seafood. Other than that, very kind servers and friendly atmosphere around the restaurant.
