A very decent pho shop with large bowls of pho. Location is kind of sketchy, and I’m not a fan of the atmosphere inside – too small and too dark. However, the quality of food makes up for it. Will probably come back again if I’m feeling pho!

I recently visited a pho spot recommended by a friend who raved about their delicious food. Initially, I was excited to try it out and placed an order to go. However, my enthusiasm quickly faded.
While waiting for my order, I noticed the manager sneezing repeatedly without covering his mouth. This was quite unsettling, especially in a food establishment. To make matters worse, I witnessed him spitting into a trash can due to his sneezing.
Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined my appetite. It’s disappointing because I had heard such great things about their food. I hope they improve their hygiene practices, as it’s crucial for maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers.

True hole in the wall directly across from Petworth Metro. Excellent quality and appropriately slightly confined menu. Owner from Saigon, exceptional host. Great Pho Ga, iced coffee among other classic selections. Winner for sure.

Ordered delivery and it was just okay. Im glad they separated the pho components so the noodles didnt get soggy but they should really layer the soup fillings from top to bottom in their bowl so you can invert it in to your own bowl and have the toppings on the top of the noodles.
Summer rolls – these were big but really not great. Mostly shredded iceberg lettuce and rice vermicelli. Each roll had one thai basil leaf, no mint, no asian chives or any other green herbs.
Shrimp Pho – it was decent and in a chicken broth. Good amount of fresh things like thai basil and bean spouts. As with the summer rolls, though, an additional variety of herbs would have been nice.

I’ve stumbled upon this little gem while visiting Washington, DC for an international conference and stopped by for the first time during my trip back to where I was staying in nearby Columbia Heights. Despite some interesting characters lurking around the block, I was pleasantly pleased by what I found on the inside – delicious, authentic Vietnamese cuisine and welcoming owners who appeared to be a couple. The owners were very personable and provided a positive enough experience to turn me into a returning customer for the next several days. There’s also plentiful street parking and metro access across the street. I’d recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking reasonably priced and authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Cozy spot with efficient service and nice food. We went when the place was quite busy – they were still quick and friendly with their service. Got shrimp noodles, shrimp rolls and pho, would definitely recommend the noodles.

Decent pho at a decent price. I ordered the chicken pho and it was good. I asked for extra vegetables and oddly they were served on the side (I thought they would be in the soup). Also ordered the Thai tea boba which was basically inedible with how sweet it was. Had to take it home and cut it half half with more milk so I could even drink it. Was excited to find boba near me but definitely will not be getting the boba again.

We ordered Beef Pho from them through Uber Eats and it was so good we had to visit the restaurant in-person to try out their food. We tried their Beef Pho again the Spicy Noodle. Highly recommend their special beef pho (10/10!!). The broth was rich in flavor and they gave us lots of meat (both dine-in and through Uber eat). My family had tried Pho in many Viet restaurants and we all agree this place had the best Pho!
