I feel very bad doing this but I was just so disappointed. The food was so bad. Undercooked rice. Poor quality and just horrible chicken that reminded me of the bad stir fries my mom used to make in the 90’s. There were other issues like the peanut sauce seemed watered down and they had the thinnest napkins I have ever encountered in my life. Bathroom hand wipes are much better quality than their flimsy napkins. They didn’t bring extra plates with the salad rolls or a spoon for the peanut sauce. My brother and I had to pass the plate back and forth and use a fork to put the peanut sauce on our rolls, which were actually the best part of the meal despite the bad peanut sauce. Also their water tasted really bad for some reason? The tap water is good here so why did the water taste bad? I never leave bad reviews but like wow. We still tipped the staff because they were pleasant but I was just upset because the food felt so low effort. Go to literally any other place when you want Vietnamese food. Maybe their phò is good? I honestly don’t care to find out because Vivis is much more convenient to get to. If you’re in this parking lot just go to the Mexican market and grab some tacos. Do better.

Arrived and found the main register lady to be a bit pushy. Not sure if she is the owner but she sat us down and ordered around the employees. I order the most standard entry beef brisket pho and found it to be bland. I told the lady it had been a long time since I have enjoyed PHO. And she was more concerned with us ordering a ton of food and having a big bill. I came here with 1 family member to share a bowl. She did not like this. Toward the end she changed her demeanor and was a bit more kind and helpful. But the problem was she could have been like that from the start. Needs some work on customer service. Also price is high for the customer to be so low and flavor is lacking

We were in the area and the reviews for this place looked good, so we thought we’ll give it a try. The area is very run down so I didn’t know what to expect. But the place definitely looks cleaner and better than you expect walking in. All downhill from there though. Service was very erratic. We had to keep asking for plates and flatware etc. The food tasted average, at best. The server kept telling us that they’re having a bad day, which was kind of weird in itself. Maybe we really did catch them on a hard day but I doubt we’ll be going again to test that out. And did I mention, the bathroom was very dirty too.

Decided to try this restaurant because we were in the area and I sure am glad we went. The food was outstanding, everything we ordered. Quantities were large. Flavors were unique and absolutely amazing. I will definitely return to try more dishes!

Visited a few times and the pho is good. Beef portions are so so but the broth is flavorful. Customer service was quite curt and I felt like I was bothering the server for giving them business. For as expensive as it is to go out to eat these days, decent politeness would be nice to have. I can easily give my business elsewhere.

Update: I told myself I would never come back. But this time i wanted to try the Thai tea with Boba. Worst decision, the Thai iced tea was extra sweet, not normal at all. The boba pearls were old and clumped together. None of the pearls would go thru the straw. This drink cost $7. Normally, this cost $3-5 elsewhere.
