recently visited Pho Viet Cafe at The Grove, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! It was one of those gloomy, rainy days, and my phone unexpectedly died on me. I asked if they could plug it in, and the staff was super accommodating. They said yes without hesitation, which was really nice.
While I was waiting, I checked out their menu and decided I had to try something. I asked Madeline, a friendly cashier, what her favorite drink was, and she made me a surprise drink, and it was absolutely delicious-definitely the best boba I’ve had in Bend!
Reyna, another staff member, was also really sweet and funny, which made the whole vibe even better. Overall, Pho Viet Cafe is a great spot not just for tasty boba, but also for some friendly service. I can’t wait to go back and try some of their pho!

I love this place and am so happy it came to the Grove! I crave their vermicelli bowls and the veggie pho. The tofu is marinated in something that is delicious so it’s flavorful not boring. I go here often as it’s close and consistently great. Highly recommend!

Is costumer service not a thing anymore? If I was the owner of this place I would absolutely fire the girl working there immediately.
She stood there acting annoyed that we were even ordering. She made the food, didn’t say thanks, nothing. Then blasted Nicki Minaj – “beat it up like piñata’s” Insane.
How she has any tips in the tip jar is beyond me. Probably just go elsewhere.
Non the less, food was 7/10.

Great food and great vibes!! I shared the chicken pho with my girlfriend and it was well big enough for both of us. The workers were very nice and helped us order as it was our first time there. Will definitely be back!

5 stars because the food is delicious, would highly recommend pho for anyone looking for great food, always greeted with a smile and not only was the food great but was ready in under 15 minutes which isn’t the case for many other restaurants in bend.

Giving two stars because I do love the drinks here but man the customer service is absolutely awful!! Never greeted with a smile, often times ignored for at least a few minutes without any acknowledgment, every employee that I have encountered seems like they absolutely hate their job. What pushed me over the edge today was actually how the gal acted towards the guy that ordered after me, they were out of what he wanted so he needed to think for a minute about his order, she stood there visibly annoyed and rolled her eyes multiple times. It really takes more effort to be this rude than to just smile and be nice.

Absolutely incredible pho! The broth was rich, flavorful. Meats were tender, noodles perfectly cooked, and the fresh herbs brought everything to life. Super friendly staff and cozy atmosphere too. Food was out so quick I barely had time to sit down! Best pho I’ve had in years, I’ll definitely be back!
