I’ll Try It
Flavorful food, engaged and attentive wait staff, caring and passionate cooks, and a clean and calm environment. Pho Viet is a top notch spot.
After living in Covington for nearly 2 years, we finally decided to try Pho Viet…. And we are extremely thankful we did. Although we didn’t actually try any Pho, we enjoyed every bite.
BBQ Beef Short Ribs over Broken Rice (C4):Tender, not too chewy, well seasoned, and a subtle sauce that doesn’t over-power. We did enjoy the rice after dipping it in the fish sauce/spicy sauce combo; it’s a bit different though.
Vietnamese Braised Wings-Original (A6): Probably the best dish we had. The wings were cooked perfectly. Pippin’ hot when they came out, and the slightly sweet/garlic flavor was bang on. Must try
Vermicilli- BBQ Shrimp, BBQ Sliced Pork, Egg Rolls (B5)-The sliced pork was the best protein we had for the meal. A bit heavy on the cabbage, but we’d rather too much than not enough. Noodles were tender and firm, and not clumpy or stuck together
Strawberry Passion Fruit Tea: Delicate balance of sweetness with the tea. It wasn’t a heavy drink where you only taste flavorings, it hit all the notes equally. Delicious
The cherry on top was chef John. He gave great recommendation for the dishes, how he’d recommend we eat them, and a sauce that we should try (always try the sauce).
We will certainly be back.

I can’t believe I waited this long to come here but the veggie pho was great and the A3 appetizer was delicious! I also got a Thai Tea that isn’t pictured. I would recommend going. Friendly service, food came out quickly and everything was hot & good.

Portions are HUGE, plenty of toppings too, place is really clean and a lot of space, staff is super friendly! We love the grilled pork spring rolls AND (not pictured) the Vietnamese Iced Coffee is a MUST have, delicious, strong and super sweet.

My friend and I absolutely love this place! The pho is amazing! Though, my personal favorite item on the menu is their “Gỏi Cuốn Tôm” spring rolls. They are so good! <3
The atmosphere is great, the people that work there have always had wonderful customer service, and they really seem to take pride in their restaurant. When we have gone to other pho places after this one, more then once we have both laughed and said man I wish we had gone to the one in Conyers!
Pho Viet is DEFINITELY worth paying a visit to! You won’t regret it <3 and a big round of applause for the staff there once again! Thank you! <3

This was our first visit and it was really good! I’m so glad we finally made it it! P8 was a win and hubby had the seafood P19.. also delicious. Shavon was our server and he was very attentive which I appreciate. We will definitely be back!

Me and my husband were actually there when this restaurant first opened. Literally their first day. This petite humble absolutely sweetest Asian man came to our table and asked me how was the food. And I told him excellent! And he asked me for feedback and I said keep it consistent. That was 2 years or so ago. Now fast forward to today. My self and husband dined.I ordered 2 plates of broken rice with beef. And the portions sizes weren’t the same. So I told the waiter. She gave me an explanation but when I showed her the obvious difference in portion size. She couldn’t defend her response and told me she would get her manager. I told the manager point blank, make the portions the same and let me pay and be on my way. I told him, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue. I had this issue with a to-go order. Anyway to cut a long story short, the manager told me if I kept having portion concerns I shouldn’t come back. And since I keep complaining I should stop patronizing them. And I told him that’s fine… I won’t. Later he tried to fix his statement “ I mean I would love to have you here but if you are going to keep complaining don’t come back”. He gave me a 6$ discount. And I paid and left. Anyway… I’m taking his advice and I won’t be patronizing them again. And anyone else who has a complaint, I advise you to do the same

I love love love Pho Viet for their delicious food and spectacular service. When John is there he always comes by our table to say hello and ensure they’ll get any extras we may need. Our servers are usually Melvin or Summer. Both are gems and genuinely nice. I din here at least twice a week. The food has fresh ingredients and the atmosphere is clean. See you all soon!
