Was staying nearby and drove pass this place a few times so I decided to stop in and give it a try. It wasn’t bad at all. The staff were nice and attentive. The Pho was fairly decent. The Thai tea was good but the boba consistency was a little hard. Over all though I would return for some Pho again.

My very 1st time visit.. started out with Fresh shrimp rolls, pho chicken soup, flavorful & very filling, The combination fried rice was a little over cooked, but flavors definitely were there. Great parking in back of building. Servings were for the most a definite take home for later. Definitely will return.

Just left this restaurant for a quick bite. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls, which came with amazing peanut sauce, a Thai milk tea with Boba (yum!), and the tofu and veggie pho with chicken broth. When I say it was the most amazing Vietnamese food I’ve ever had! I just left a funeral of someone who loved Vietnam like it was their second home. This place made me feel a little closer to him and it was the highlight of my day. The service was great. The food was amazing. I will be returning when back I’m in town. Thank you

Wonderful food if you’re looking for Pho. I enjoyed the variety of their menu and felt like their broth was fantastic. My daughter had vegetable fried rice and enjoyed everything but the pineapple they threw in it. Service was very responsive. I would dine here again. I highly recommend!

We hit Pho viet on our way home from vacation. We were somewhat exhausted and looking for a somewhat safe choice while also wanting to try somewhere new. It was a tough combo to fill, but one that Pho viet was able to deliver on.

Time for REAL REVIEW TIME! I tried this spot when they had coupons, and the food tastes good. The Pho is good except for the fact that it’s more noodles than meat and vegetables. You might not be able to finish all those noodles and broth. I feel the meat to vegetables and noodle ratio should be even. The crispy chicken and rice is delicious, but I have one complaint. The meal goes from 14 to 20 dollars for just fried rice. That’s excessive. The plate isn’t big enough to justify a 20 dollar price. The increase isn’t noted on the menu so you get a surprise when you pay. I like the atmosphere but I would only go with coupons for discounts or when they address that hidden price increase on that small plate.

I’d say dine in since doing take out some of the food will get mushy and the pho broth will no longer be hot enough to cook the raw meet and will needs re heating but their dinning room is filthy and I would not want to sit in there. Hope the kitchen looks better than the front of the restaurant.

The portions are really large, even medium sizes. I ordered a Beef broth soup. I started eating at 11:50am. It’s 12:22pm now and the bowl is practically full.

We recently stopped in at Pho Viet on our way home from visiting Wilmington, Delaware. It’s conveniently located just a few minutes off the highway and there’s plenty of parking in the back. We grabbed a seat inside, ordered the vegetarian (tofu) spring roll as an appetizer and then got two entrees. Caroline got lemongrass chicken and I got chicken pho. Both were delicious. The pho broth was perfectly seasoned and salty and the portion of noodles and chicken was generous. It was also piping hot and came with fresh basil and sprouts. The lemongrass chicken was a high quality cut of chicken and also super flavorful. The staff is super friendly and eager to help. We’d definitely make a return visit. It was awesome. Next time we go I think we’d try one of the Louisiana/New Orleans specialty items on the menu.

Let’s get real. I was excited about this place when it first opened. I love pho and even if their pho was not the best I was willing to cut them some slack (because at the time we had no alternative in Dover). But the last time I went there for lunch will be the last time I ever go there again. No one likes gluggy, overcooked, rice noodles. The soup stock was close to tasteless. What is the point of pho without fragrant soup stock? Disappointment abounds here. What went wrong?
