We ordered spring rolls and charbroiled pork.
The spring rolls only had half a slice of pork. Half the roll was just noodles and cucumber. The slice of pork was super thin.
The charbroiled pork dish had about 4 oz of shaved pork. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. It’s mostly rice, a little salad, and less meat.
The flavors are good, but it’s definitely not worth it. There’s better places around. They would have more of my business if they either, a) provided adequate portions for the price, or b) lowered prices in accordance with portions.
In conclusion, this place is mid and definitely not worth the cost. They would have more business if they were priced fairly. There were only 3 tables working at 1 p.m. on Saturday.

WARNING ⚠️!!! AVOID ORDERING TAKEOUT!!!! I should have read the reviews before ordering but I didn’t that was a mistake. We placed an order for lettuce wraps and some pho. There was barely any chicken. I called and was talking to a young lady named Azyalia. She said they didn’t have managers on weekends there (crazy no manager on a weekend.) And to call back on Monday. I asked if they could fix the situation and she put me on a 10 min hold. When she came back she said all chicken is pre weighed and there’s nothing they can do. I let her know we dine in all the time and I know about how much chicken there is. She kept putting me on mute to ask questions to the head chef. I think the chef got hungry and ate half the chicken!!! I asked to speak with him and she said the kitchen was slammed. Funny thing is when we got our takeout there was only 2 people sitting at the bar and no one eating in the dining room. After 20 mins on hold she comes back if no solution. I ask for a refund and she says she can’t refund me my money but she can make more chicken!?! This would’ve been solved from the beginning if they would offered that. That’s what happens when you let kids run your restaurant.
Owners need to rethink how they do takeout!!!

I called a to-go order in, just 1 dish. Upon calling they told me that my order would be ready between 10-12 minutes. I arrived roughly 10 minutes after. Upon entering, they told me it would be another 5-10 minutes. I waited an additional 30 minutes. The restaurant only had 2 tables with guest at.
Once I received the order that I clearly stated no onions which you can see in the receipt what do I find…
This was disappointing! Especially since the pho brother has been cooking for hours.
Upon sitting there waiting, there were a few uber eats and one individual waited 15 minutes for a coffee.. well at that point all the food is cold. The coffee should’ve been made while the food was cooking. Horrible management

It was my first time going there so I was skeptical.The food was good just not my type. The best part was my server Monica. Monica made us feel so welcomed ,she was fast and attentive. She made us laugh and this was the best experience cus of her! I remember her name cus she was my tocaya (same name). Great service

I reordered carry out for the spicy beef soup. Couldn’t consume the beef but broth was delicious. My husband ordered Pho Tre Bien the day prior via uber and the food was good so decided to order another carryout. When I went into the restaurant to place the carryout order, one of the servers that had blonde medium length hair approached the podium. She looked at me w/ the dirtiest look, turned around and went back towards the bar. She did not acknowledge or say anything to me. I noticed there were 2 other servers behind the bar and a bald man standing at the end of the bar who appeared to be a cook. The restaurant staff looked at me without asking, “how can I help you”! I stood at the podium for 2-3 minutes before one of the servers behind the bar asked “if I needed help or if I had been serviced?” I shook my head “No” because I was limited to talk due to the amount of pain I was in from surgery. And finally a server (Hailey) from the kitchen approached podium and took my order. While I waited for my order, I noticed the same blonde hair server that ignored me, addressing other patrons immediately as they entered the restaurant to pick up carryout orders. I submitted a feedback same day and sent an email to the restaurant chain. There has been no response.
So I come to the conclusion…
It appears that I was profiled because all the other patrons that were addressed immediately were White and Hispanic. And it’s apparent that this type of service & treatment is tolerated, which is interesting because I’ve never had any issue with this restaurant in past practices. Therefore, I will NOT be returning!

this used to be one of my favorite spots. it sucks now. we ordered take out and they “forgot” to put in the order. while my husband waited 2 other couples came in to pick up thier orders which were also not placed. then when asked to speak to the manager he was told no he doesnt want to come out of his office lol. our food came out and the noodles were not cooked thru broth had decent flavor limes were old and well it just sucked. bring back the old pho tre bien.

I’m very disappointed. I gave this place another chance after stopping before due to slimy chicken that went bad fast. Today around 2:30 p.m., my to-go order was changed without telling me — I received white rice instead of fried rice. When I asked about it, the manager (who was also the cook) made me wait 10–15 minutes while she reviewed past orders to investigate which employees had been making substitutions, instead of addressing my order. In the end, I was told it couldn’t be substituted and was asked to pay full price instead of a side, doubling the cost of a single plate. The host was polite and professional, but the manager/cook showed very poor customer service. Unfortunately, they lost a regular customer.

One of my favorite restaurants to go to the vegetarian pho noodles with the chile oil the best in town. After a long day was greeted by the best server Elva she was just the sweetest girl!!! So polite interacted with my daughter and she was just a pleasure to meet. Made the experience so much better. Definitely try this place out super great service and delicious food!!!! ❤️
