Reviews
As a food critic, there are certain milestones you never forget—and today was my very first time trying Pho. After requesting a visit for a while, my partner finally took me to Pho Today, and it was the perfect introduction to this cuisine. I even had to break out my Polaroid camera to capture the spread for the memories!
The Appetizers
We started the journey with a duo of starters that set a high bar:
The Tofu Dish: Perfectly prepared with a texture that was spot on.
The Vegetable Tofu Rolls: Exceptionally fresh and crisp—a light, vibrant start to the meal.
The Main Event & Drinks
Vegetable Pho: The broth was deeply flavorful and aromatic. For a first-timer, this was an absolute “wow” moment. Everything in the bowl felt intentional and fresh.
The Boba Milk Tea (CRITIC’S CHOICE ): You absolutely have to try their boba milk tea. It was incredibly delicious, rich, and surprisingly filling. Easily one of the highlights of the meal.
Halo-Halo: We finished with the Halo-Halo, which was the perfect sweet ending to a savory afternoon.
Service & Atmosphere
As a Local Guide, I pay close attention to hospitality. The service here was top-notch. Our servers were amazing, they checked in on us consistently, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It’s rare to find a team this attentive!
The Verdict: Whether you’re a Pho veteran or a total beginner like I was, Pho Today is a must-visit. Between the delicious entrées and the standout Boba, I’m already planning my next trip back.
Food was solid though I found the pho to be a little salty, missing some savory flavor, and the noodles had a little bit of a strange taste which keeps it from being a favorite but we liked it enough that we would be willing to come back.
The place is huge and looks like there is space for banquet/ events
My picky son even found a delicious Vietnamese fried chicken leg with garlic that he loved.
