There is clearly a cleanliness and food handling issue at this restaurant. The food is delicious but my family has made sick twice eating at this restaurant.
My wife and I just moved to the Brighton area and were excited to see a Vietnamese restaurant so close. Over the last 3 weeks, we’ve eaten there 2 times. After the first time we ate here, I became very sick with severe GI issues persisting for a week. I ended up at an urgent care and was diagnosed with a bad GI virus.
Wanting to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and a second chance, we tried eating there last night and now my wife is very sick with severe GI issues.
It is not okay to make people sick and this restaurant should take a serious look at their food handling practices.

the food is really yummy, and used to be my favorite pho spot but one day I was sitting in and my family and I noticed a man using his bare hands to grab the noodles and touch the food in the kitchen. No gloves. they also tend to neglect you when they get busy. Normally it’s reasonable but they had me and my friend waiting nearly an hour just to order food, then another hour for it to come and another hour for the check.

Being Asian and eating pho my entire life, I know good and bad pho. This pho was definitely good but not the best I’ve ever had. Thai tea boba was great. Got a medium combo pho and it was packed so that was nice.

This place has amazing pho. Great portion sizes and great price, we also ordered the grilled beef sandwich (banh mi) and it tasted great. This is our new favorite pho place in Brighton.

Ordered a large pho with extra rare steak on the side. They’re pretty generous with the portion as there was a good amount of noodles. The combination had your typical meats; meatball, flank, tripe and tendon. The meat imo was a little tough. Even the rare steak on the side took some chewing. The meatballs were unique not like other places. The broth was ok at first sip but lacked the “pho” seasoning and beefy taste.
Service was pretty quick and they waitress was tentative enough to refill my water.

Wonderful food. Not my favorite Pho as I thought the broth was a little bland, but it was still good. Now the apps, those were a 10/10! We had the pan fried pork dumplings and the crab cheese wontons. Wow! Service was slow but i they really tried and i truly think it’s because the random two days of cold weather really drew business in. I don’t think they were expecting it but they did a great job!
