We enjoyed the food we ordered from here: Pho with rare beef and meatballs, grilled pork chop with rice, meatball soup, imperial meat rolls.
The pork chop was flavorful, however I wished it was not so greasy. It tasted like it was pan fried with a lot of oil.
Service was fast. Staffs were friendly and attentive to customers.

I would say our experience was borderline decent but not great. We got the noodle bowl with shredded pork and shredded chicken. The chicken was entirely tasteless and seemed undercooked so we left it uneaten to be safe. The pork was just ok. Overall we found it dissatisfying and left looking for another place to eat.

Went dine-in twice and takeouts twice, and was never disappointed. Have tried the Roast Duck with Rice, Beef Pho, and Hainan Chicken with Rice. All was super good !! I really love the ginger garlic-ish sauce served on the Hainan chicken dish. Recommended to those who want to experience authentic rich flavor Vietnamese food !!

The food was so fresh and delicious, the space was clean, and the staff was friendly. We had Tai Pho, Grilled Lemongrass Beef Vermicelli, and Duck Bao Bun. Everything was SO good. I seriously am still thinking of the food 6 days later. I am not from the area but if I ever come back to Ithaca, I will get a meal here!

This restaurant served my first pho, and it’s by far the best and most delicious I’ve had to this day—truly the most authentic.
I was looking for a warm, healing soup to help with cold symptoms, and this was the best discovery. The broth was rich and aromatic, the beef perfectly tender, and the fresh herbs brought it all together. All my cold symptoms vanished after one bowl. So, it was both delicious and medicinal.
The cashier was so kind and patient, helping me choose the right dish, which made the experience even better. I’m beyond happy with this meal and will definitely be back for more.

There was hairs not only in my ramen but also chicken wings. Absolutely disgusting! I asked the waitress to give me a refund but they only gave a discount and didn’t even make me a new dish. In fact the waitress spoke rudely to me as if I was the problem- even after I picked out the hairs out of the food and showed them to her. I am never going here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else either to go eat at a restaurant which is unhygienic and serving people hairy food.

I’ve been to a few pho places and so far this is the best one I’ve had yet. The broth was so savory and delicious! The server was very friendly and the food came quickly.

pancake lack of protein. tasted doughy . fish sauce for dipping was weird. more ingredients missing on dish which were clearly mentioned on the menu. also, had pho, ok but not best and too salty.
unprofessional and rude employees. lady with dark medium hair and blonde long hair lady are not familiar with vietnamese dishes. blonde lady looks like she did not want to work and on phone a lot. my vietnamese friend confirmed that the missing part of dish is/are common in vietnamese way of eating the dish so that means both ladies lied and are uneducated about it….I felt so uncomfortable needing to argue with them about how pancake is supposed to be eaten so I left.
parking is hard to find and streets narrow.
overall, sad…eating vietnamese food with vietnamese peers for over 20 years. this restuarant could do better for proper way of making authentic vietnamese food if they just do correct research and do it.
