I stopped by Pho This Way on a Sunday around 6 p.m. and was seated immediately — no wait at all, which was a great start. The restaurant has a straightforward, casual setup that feels welcoming without being crowded, making it an easy place to grab a comforting bowl of pho.

I ordered the Pho Đặc Biệt, and it arrived in under five minutes — impressively fast. The portion was very generous, with plenty of meat and noodles, definitely offering good value for the price. The broth was clean and light, true to the northern-style pho tradition. While that style tends to highlight clarity and simplicity, I personally prefer the richer, more aromatic southern-style pho, so the flavor felt a bit plain for my taste. Still, the ingredients were clearly fresh and the presentation tidy.

Service was excellent throughout — friendly, efficient, and attentive without being intrusive. Everything ran smoothly from seating to checkout, making the overall experience pleasant and easy.

We were trying to eat at another restaurant but unfortunately Tuesday is a rest day for many restaurants

We got the

extra crispy fried egg rolls 4.5/5 stars

Pho with beef ribs 4/5 stars. my son thought broth a bit bland but I told him he eats too salty. I thought it was fine…Then he agreed it was 4 stars

Very disappointing was the pho ap chao 1star/5 (crispy fried pho noodles with beef). The sauce was very bland. The beef was good(not doctored chemically) but the sauce was very unflavorful.

New spot for Vietnamese cuisine. We came in early in the evening, so a lot of available tables. The interior and the atmosphere were pretty chilled. The staff were attentive and helpful.

The food came out quickly. We ordered some top item dishes and the portions were relatively large. Pho was good, but Bun Bo Hue was kind of lacking in favors. Salt roasted squid was crunchy and yummy. The fried chicken egg noodles with fish sauce was delicious

This place makes amazing pho with rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles. They also have plenty of other delicious dishes — from rice plates to vermicelli bowls — all made with care. Friendly staff and great vibes. A fantastic spot for Vietnamese comfort food.

It was our first time in Little Saigon and trying Pho This Way. The lady that helped us did great with the suggestions. We will be coming back to try their Pho next time.

We came across this new Vietnamese restaurant in Little Saigon, and it didn’t disappoint! The dry noodles were excellent and came with a flavorful bowl of soup on the side. The pho was loaded with ingredients, including a soft, tender beef rib that was a standout. The portion of papaya salad was generous, packed with dried shrimp that added amazing flavor. While the prices are slightly higher than other spots, the quality and taste make it absolutely worth it.

This restaurant is nice and clean. Pho’s broth was delicious and rich for most people. As for me, the broth was alright, Fresno pho’s broth is better for sure, like pho 9. Combo pho, either thin or thick noodle, is a “must get” if you like the bone rib in your Pho, for appx $17.95 and an extra $6.95 for extra brisket. Vietnamese thick noodles mixed with veggies and chicken were interesting but not my favorite. The seasoning of this dish was mostly from the standard sweet and spicy sauce with a hint of sourness in most vermicelli dry dishes. The steak stir-fried dish was almost perfect. Our first steak dish has a piece of black hair on it but was quickly dressed by the owner, and we got a new dish after 5-10 mins. The steak was juicy and delicous. Flavor on point, and yes, I would get the steak again!! Stir-fried chicken with crisy noodles was alright. It’s like eating a sitr fried dish with fried noodles instead of rice. Vietnamese iced coffee was nice and strong. Fried squid was fresh and crunchy, but I could use a little more salt to the seasoning based on my palate. Services were fast and worth it. We didn’t have to wait longer than 10 mins for all of the dishes to come. This place definitely received my quality, but not quantity.

During my visit, I observed that the establishment was a recently opened restaurant undergoing a soft launch. I was particularly impressed by the delightful taste and aesthetically pleasing presentation of the dishes. However, the pricing appeared to be on the higher end, which may discourage potential customers from returning. Despite this, the owners and staff demonstrated a commendable level of customer service by actively seeking feedback from patrons to enhance their offerings. I sincerely hope that this restaurant will experience continued success and growth in the future.

This is Definitely my New Favorite Vietnamese Restaurant for sure!!! The restaurant is pretty brand new and only been opened for just a couple of months, right inside the heart of Vietnam Town Bay Area!! I Truly enjoyed their Indoor and Outdoor Seatings!! Even though it is a Small place but it is quite Cozy, Welcoming, and very A Warm, Vibrant place to Dine and relax in a Pleasant, comfortable atmosphere.
Their Simple menu includes some of my Favorites dishes like the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, Combination Pho Noodles, Vegetarian Pan-Fried Noodles, Shaken Beef Rice platter, and my most recent delightful item, the Thai Style Papaya salad! Yum! This is the spot so I definitely recommend to come check it out for yourself!!!!
