The food at this place was great, but the service was lacking. The beef pho was stuffed full of noodles and beef strips, better than any other pho I have eaten. The shrimp and pork spring rolls were hefty and the peanut sauce was generous. The mall in which this pho shop was located is obviously in decline and is pretty shabby. Even though I loved the food my complaint and the reason I dropped them to 4 stars was the service. The food did come out quickly, but I could not get the waitresses attention to get a water refill or to get my check. I literally stared at them while they were on their phones, hoping they would look up. It almost felt like both waitresses seemed to deliberately not look at you. Very irritating. I would go back to this restaurant, but I would pay cash in advance so there would be no need to deal with service staff.

I found my new spot… Best pho in Fort Worth/ Haltom. It’s super clean, organized, friendly, fresh, and everything I’ve been searching for since Bun Dong Ba and (presumably) My Lan took new ownership.

Stopped by and so glad we did. We searched up many places in the area for pho. Our whole family loved the food. We had no complaints at all. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Delicious food. Just lacks good customer service and proper receipts- you wouldn’t know what you’re charged for because the “receipt” just shows the overall total. Which doesn’t make sense because everytime I come, it’s always a clean dollar digit.. where’s the change amount? Where’s the tax amount? Do they over charge (round up) or sneak in their tip with your total? Either way, customers should receive proper receipts.

The food here is great. When I sat down and ordered my meal, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food good, but it was delivered to my table very promptly. The meat and noodles are very good and the veggies that come as condiments are all fresh.

Food is usually good and fresh but lately meat for rice plates have not been fresh and on point like usual…. So disappointing. Also, who ever has been wrapping spring rolls within the last month or so has been doing a terrible job my spring rolls have been split wide open and facing down on the open side down so I don’t notice until it’s time to eat ! Very infuriating because everything falls out. Last but not least they refused to give me Sriracha sauce to go with my over 50dls order, then I was schooled about the how and why they couldn’t afford to give out any like I already didn’t know about the shortage. I told the employee I would then open all my plates and pour in sauce myself if they weren’t going to give me any only then did she offer me ONE small to go sauce cup which I declined. A paying customer denied Sriracha sauce, not sure I will be returning.
