I have no idea if it was an off-night or what, but this was my first (and likely last) time coming.

We were seated at a table where the wall was covered in dried on sauce. We ordered the large pho special, spring rolls, and a bahn mi. It took an hour to receive our food! I am convinced our order was never entered since other tables seemed to get their food with quicker turnaround. No one ever came to check in on our table during that hour and nothing was said about the wait.

We watched our spring rolls get delivered to a wrong table, sit there for 5 minutes, get returned to the waitress, and then brought right to our table with no mention of what happened, which is gross.

Bahn mi bread was stale, pho was fine but definitely not worth waiting an hour. The large pho left me hungry tbh (did they even bring me a large??), but I couldnt order more food anyways since the service was so bad

After finishing our food and sitting for a while, no one came to our table to let us pay. Us and another table had to go to the front desk to pay, when earlier in the night people were paying at their table just fine. Felt like they were closing up and ignoring anyone still in the place.

I’m fine with bad service / ambience if the food is good, but it just did not hit the mark. I am glad people enjoy this place and were not unlucky like me!

the BEST pho i have ever been able to find in NC. as a vietnamese person who grew up eating authentic pho, it’s hard to find a place that does pho that isn’t watered down. the broth here is clear, fragrant, and flavorful. for an extra 10 dollars you can get these two MASSIVE beef bones that include a large amount of bone marrow as well as collagen rich tendon. the service is lovely and the drinks were perfect.

Stopped in for lunch while in the area and looking for Pho. This place was awesome! The Pho was very good and the broth super tasty. Chili oil was excellent. In addition they offer fresh squeezed sugarcane juice!!! Which was amazing!

Service was very good, with everyone being attentive of clearing plates from the table when needed. The only reason for the 4 stars on the atmosphere was the entry way to the restaurant is quite warm and could benefit from some A/C (though it may have just not been working when we visited ). Outside of that the inside of the restaurant is very nicely decorated and spacious.

The pho was 4.5, the broth was missing something. Egg rolls always hit.
The service was good, the waiter may have been new or the pos system may have been new. We would have loved to KNOW automatic gratuity is included for our party of 6.
The restaurant was clean, the staff was overall nice.

Authentic Vietnamese food that has that homemade touch! Really enjoyed this restaurant and found the broth to be made well as shown by how many bones they use for their bone marrow dishes. The fresh rice paper rolls are simple but paired with sauces that are super tasty. My favorite was the Bun Rieu that had a great crab and tomato soup base full of flavor that I really enjoyed. The service was pretty quick and nice too. The ambiance is pretty casual and welcoming so good for take out or to grab a table. Would come back when visiting again!

Ordered the eye of round pho but they def gave me eye of round and I think flank. I’m not the type to send anything back and figured I’d try it. Wasn’t bad I just don’t like the texture or the fat that’s on the flank or whatever it was because it’s a lot and it’s like a rubber band trying to get through it. The broth was really good but not has hot as it normally is at the other places I go. The service was really good and they took care of anything I needed while balancing what seemed to be a steady stream of pickup orders. The egg rolls were ok and the sauce for them was ok. I was sat kind of in front of the area where orders get picked up so there was always someone staring while I ate which was weird and if I had known before my food came I would have requested another table. I was also right where the kitchen staff went in and out so there was a lot of commotion. I would definitely come back for the pho and probably try the fried rice because it looked really good when I saw the waitress taking it to another table.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat, the value is substantial! I get a pho, banh mi, and spring rolls, all good quality. I’m very partial to the beef flank phos, but look forward to trying the other soup based dish.

I like the food. I really like the food. But the shortcuts this place takes are frustrating.

I ordered a boiling hot authentic Vietnamese coffee and it came in a plastic foam cup. If that’s how it’s being served, it shouldn’t be labeled “authentic.” Authentic Vietnamese coffee is brewed drip-style, fresh and in front of you, not poured into a foam cup like a convenience store drink.

It honestly makes me wonder what other corners are being cut behind the scenes.
That said, the food itself is excellent. I genuinely enjoyed it.

The pho came with a generous amount of meat, and all the other dishes were delicious as well. The vermicelli and the rice dish were also incredibly tasty. Highly recommend!

Great place with very friendly staff. Menu had a really good selection of dishes that you would expect. I had the beef pho and it was perfect. The broth had that rich flavor that I like. The beef was thin with the right amount of fat. The whole dish was great. We did get the shrimp spring rolls and really enjoyed them also. We found the food to be a good value. We will come back.
