Showed up here before they get rushed.
It’s one size bowl. I ordered P1. Let me start off with . IF you are from San jose ,CA under the caltrain..then you know about the tiger place under silicone valley… here it has the same toasty crunchy hot oil! No soggy… that’s good. The chairs are more comfy than manassas pho 234.. here the noodles are just feel smaller but good! The sauces great. It’s good for in and out quickfood. The oil kicks in good on this pho. The great thing is it’s not overloaded with cinammon that’s a plus.. so far it tastes better than the Manassas once where they give you small portions…

I really wanted to be happier with this place.

I got take out. Good summer rolls. The taste is of the pho is decent, but the broth wasnt hot enough to cook the raw beef (see pics). The basil was old and brown (see pics). They didnt include chopsticks with the meal. It’s very hard to eat pho woth your hands.

It had been years since I had pho, but this is the best one I’ve had so far! The broth is so addictive and flavourful I could drink it out of a bottle!! Also a great portion size for the price! This is now our go to spot for pho!

Absolutely incredible! The service was also amazing! Due to a miscommunication, we accidentally ordered take out while we were supposed to eat in. They were super nice about it, ad even got some cutlery and bowls so we weren’t eating in plastic containers. The food was simply incredible, and the servers were super nice. We literally ordered another desert (fried banana, was incredible) so we could tip them more. Someone needs to give them a raise. We got some veggie pho, and sweet potato balls (per recommendation) they were amazing! If you are ever in the area, I would highly recommend stopping to get some.

My SO ordered vegetarian banh mi. It was literally just banh mi with no meat. Still full price. Here is vegetarian banh mi from eden center – it has vegetarian toppings and not just vegetables. 6 dollars at Eden center – pho thai 66 is charging 9 for a piece of bread and some carrots and cucumber. Not reasonable

I recently visited Pho Thai 66 and had a fantastic experience! The pho was incredible rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh herbs that added an authentic touch. I especially loved the tender beef; it melted in my mouth. The service was friendly and attentive, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious pho and a cozy dining experience!

TLDR: There are better options.

Meal looked great but the meat was bland and it tasted like poor meat cuts.

Not a great meau selection for Pho and Thai. No Fried Rice options. They were out of several food items on a weekend.

Service was not great and got worse when the check came. Issues with the bull and prices in the machine didn’t match the menu.

Location is good.

Inside is dimly lit and the tables are flimsy.

I got the Pho combination. Had more meat than I expected. Was delicious and piping hot. After being pleasantly surprised with the pho, about midway through I ordered the spring rolls and those were crispy and airy on the outside and so very tasty.
The service was great even with just the one person having everything. The spot is definitely a bit small, so not great for a huge party during peak hours but it has enough tables. Food came super quick and the price was great.
Will definitely come again when im in the area.

This place is brand new and we were there a few days after they had their soft opening. We are huge Pho fans (tsk) and have had some very bad and some superb. Anyone who enjoys this soup/rice noodle dish knows it’s all about the broth. Whenever I go to a new place that serves it, I order the Pho Ga (chicken). That’s my barometer for the rest of the menu. If they can get the broth right, manage to keep the chicken tender, and not overcook the noodles, than I will be back to sample the rest of the menu.

Pho Thai served one of the best bowls of Pho I’ve ever experienced. It was over-the-top excellent with amazing broth, tender chicken and expertly rendered noodels that had just the faintest hints of bite to them. My wife ordered the Bao Bun and Thai Crispy Puff. Both were as good as the Pho. We followed up with anotehr hard-to-get-right dessert, Sticky Rice in a Banana Leaf with Tao and Black Beans. This was the perfect capper to our meal.

The ambiance is slightly stark and modern. Nothing detracts from the experience, though, and the place settings were upscale, almost elegant. Service was outstanding with the staff being helpful but not intrusive. Prices are moderate with portions being very generous. We had an excellent and rewarding lunch for just under $35 including a generous tip. Parking is free and easy, right in front of the restaurant.

We will be back. We want to explore the entire menu!

I dined here tonight and the experience was mixed. When I arrived, the waitress made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, which set a negative tone from the start. The food itself was actually decent — not bad at all — but the service never really improved.

Near the end of my meal, I was asked about “last call,” and shortly after, two construction workers entered through the front and went directly into the kitchen area, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable as a customer and where my food was made. They later came back out, but seeing non-staff in the kitchen raised concerns.

Overall, the food was okay, but the service and atmosphere need improvement to make this a place I’d feel comfortable returning to.
