After we decided to share some feedback in the nicest possible way, the ‘manager’ said “well we have been running this business for the past 6 years and that’s how we do it here” after me telling him that we are sharing some feedback for you and telling you what the matter was which was the owner kept coming up to our table to turn down the gas. We could not eat the hot-pot as it took so long.
We’re no one to tell people how to run their business but the customer service was definitely very poor and they’re definitely not open to negative feedback/review if you had any. And if you did share any feedback they’ll tell you that you’re the problem or you don’t know how to eat
They ruined our 1 year anniversary date
What really made the experience unforgettable was Ethan. His passion for Vietnamese food is contagious. He took the time to explain the dish, the flavors, and the heart behind it, and somehow managed the impossible. He converted my cousin, who is the pickiest eater I know. She walked in loyal to her favorite Chinese dish and walked out saying what Ethan made was even better. That alone says everything.
This wasn’t just a meal, it was a beautiful experience. You can feel the love, pride, and authenticity in both the food and the people. If you care about real flavor, real hospitality, and food made with soul, don’t miss this spot.
The Bún was super fresh — the noodles were light, and the mix of herbs, veggies, and grilled meat was so flavorful. The fish sauce dressing was just the right balance of sweet and tangy.
The Pad Thai was also really tasty, with a nice mix of textures and flavors. It had a slightly sweet and savory sauce that paired perfectly with the noodles and toppings.
The service was friendly, and the food came out quickly. I’d definitely come back again to try more dishes!
I’m sorry I won’t suggest this place to anybody for anything.. ruin my one year anniversary with my wife.
Not good.
They mix the veggies in it-not cool.

and the egg roll.. wow.. 2.99 for a tiny 3 1/2 inch long by 3/4 inch wide thing.. had some nice flavor.. but.. wow….. Vienna sausage is bigger.
