I ordered the Thai Boat bowl and it was amazing. The broth was deep, rich, and slightly spicy with so much flavor. The beef was tender and absorbed the broth perfectly. The crispy roasted pork on the side was the highlight. The skin was incredibly crunchy while the meat stayed juicy, especially when dipped in the sauce. The space is very spacious, which makes it feel private and comfortable for conversations. Tables are well spaced out, so you don’t feel crowded at all. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal and a great dining experience. Highly recommend.

Came here for the first time with my family. We ordered the Combination Pho, Vermicelli Lemongrass Pork, Egg Rolls (Summer Rolls), BBQ Pork Wonton Soup, and Shrimp/Pork Rolls (Spring Rolls). Overall, decently priced and great portions. Conveniently located next to an Asian Market and stores. All their dishes were flavorful and delicious.
Staff are fast and friendly. Restaurant is clean. Lots of parking and tables to dine on.

Contrary to what others have said, our experience here was great. We were seated quickly, our orders were taken quickly and arrived hot and delicious. The prices were more than fair for the amount of food received. This is not a spot that is putting on airs. It’s simple, authentic, and delicious. If you’ve never had Vietnamese, come give it a shot!

I have been coming here for years when I was living in the area. This used to be the Pho place I came for lunch. I ordered #14 on the Beef Pho section (Small $9.99).The food came promptly after my order. The steak was tender and not well done the way I liked it. The pho broth was not as good as before the pandemic but it is still one of the best in my opinion because the broth was flavorful but not sweet unlike some of the Pho restaurants. I also wanted to point out that they give you a big portion of condiments( mint leaves, vege, Ben sprouts) while many other places only serve a tiny portion. The restaurant was more than half full at lunch on Thursday, and there were constant customers coming in and out. They played soft music in the background which was a nice touch. I wish I have a Pho restaurant as good as Pho Tan in the Woodlands.

I’ve heard amazing things about Pho Tan for years, and I finally had the chance to stop by after showing homes to my clients in the area. I ordered the Thai Boat Noodle Soup, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and instantly took me back to Thailand! If you’re ever nearby, this spot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!
