I’ve visited this place many times and my favorite dish is noodle soup with chicken broth (Hu Tieu). In this picture I ordered Egg noodle with soup on the side. You can have it all in one bowl. I like them both ways and they will come with pork slices, shrimp and chicken. I love the soup! You also have choice of rice noodle, or mix of both noodles. It’s all good. Service is always quick and it’s very reasonably priced as you would expect from the noodle shop. I will keep coming back 🙂

Was in the mood for bun bo hue, so decided to get some take out along with some spring rolls. Spring rolls were pretty fresh and good. For the bun bo hue, not sure if they don’t do pork hock for to-go orders, but I didn’t get any and I’ve always gotten some with bun bo hue orders at other restaurants. Broth was okay but I wouldn’t order again. My go-to for bun bo hue will remain Bun Bo Hue Co Do 2 off Tomball Pkwy. There seem to be a lot of good reviews on the Thai Boat Noodles at this restaurant, so I may consider trying that next time if I go back.

Fist time going. I had high hopes from all the positive reviews. I’m really trying to find a good pho around the area, but no luck . Had the bun bo huebun bo hue smelled great , but he broth needed seasoning or something virtually water. The meat was good, so we’re the noodles. I will keep trying to find a good pho.

Service was horrible. The counter person was instantly rude when I walked in to order. I ordered #32 with no veggies and an order of springrolls. The menu says $8.95 for the #32 however when I go to pay my total was $20 so I asked the lady if we could confirm that the order was correct because the price on the menu says $8.95. The associate proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and even after showing her the menu she said that the price changed and the menu is not updated and did I still want the food? By this time I had already spent my lunch break sitting and waiting for overpriced food that actually was missing flavor. Shame on you Pho Tan for allowing your service to be so rude to your customers!
