Not much parking in this mini mall area. Place was nice, looked clean and not too busy. The staff was ok, weren’t that friendly. The broth was pretty bland to me. I’ve had really good rich broth before and it ruined my palette for broth like this. It taste like it came from a container. Everything tasted like it came from a package. It all had different flavors and didn’t mesh. It was good just not great. My wife said her fish sauce tasted like it had been watered down which made the entire plate taste very bland.

Wish I could give them a 10! This is this BEST Pho we have had. We had given up hope on finding one that good….this place is fabulous!!!! Good was amazing and service was great. Tito is a kick in the pants. It was so good we went back the next day. Had Pho and the Charbroiled Pork sandwich on the appetizer. WOW!!!!!

Found out about these guys at Wine at Town Center in El Dorado Hills. Their samples were delicious so I had to go in and try some complete dishes. The service was nice and there was practically no wait for the food. One of the owners was in and was extremely accommodating and helpful with my questions regarding the menu. This is a great place for date night or for the entire family. Restrooms were also very clean. I will definitely be coming back!

This place is now under new ownership. Has been renamed Pho Mimi. I did miss the old menu and some of the offerings that they used to offer. But honestly this new ownership is not bad the food is still good. Their pho is still authentic, and service is decent. I would definitely be coming back.

Sadly, I will not be returning. I love finding a new Mom and Pop place with great food and I am not demanding about service. Unfortunately, this was not a new wonderful find. They brought me the wrong dish, they duplicated my son’s order and then seemed angry at me even though I was extremely polite and offered to take it instead of the dish I ordered. I ordered a tea and was told it would take 10 minutes, they never brought it and they didn’t take it off of my bill. I hope they can fix their issues.

I got myself the Banh Mi with pork, which was good and good size of a sandwich and I also got a boba smoothie. The issues I had with the drink was there was too much boba, maybe half of the drink, and it was made with a powder, which is fine, but it was not mixed well and had many clumps in the drink.
The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

Phenomenal Pho in Folsom! Meat is tender and melts in your mouth. Soup comes out steaming hot in short order. A little pricier than ABC but well worth the extra dollar or two per plate. Try the Bahn Mi sliders!
