Pretty run of the mill pho joint. The server was nice. Nothing really stood out, and nothing really bothered me. The thai iced tea was served in kind of a small glass with only 2 ice cubes. Maybe they melted, I dunno, I like lots of ice. The medium I got looked pretty small but I also got fresh rolls so I got full anyway. I’d come back if I needed hangover medicine but Pho Lam down the street has far superior pho and fresh rolls.

Okay, so I checked out that place on 108th Ave in Kent today. It was pretty busy, honestly – a line out the door! I got the pho, and it was really good, seriously flavorful. The portion was a decent size for the price. The staff seemed friendly, but a little rushed. They could probably use a dishwasher, because some of the bowls were a bit greasy. It’s a classic, ma and pa type vibe, which I liked.

Okay, so I checked out Pho Saigon in Kent last night. It was pretty busy for a late night spot, which was good. I got the #3 pho and honestly, it was a pretty standard bowl – decent broth, but the noodles were a bit tough and some of the meat was chewy. The veggies were fresh though, which was nice. The atmosphere wasn’t amazing, a little dark and a bit worn down. They have a boba place next door at S Level Tea, and seriously, their Thai tea is way better. Just a note – they only take cash, which is a bit inconvenient.

Okay, so I went to the AMC at 1500 North Shoreline Boulevard last night. I drove an extra 20 minutes to get there – I’ve been going for years and the reclining seats are fantastic. It was super busy, which is expected for the advanced screening of “Nuremberg” with Vanderbilt and Crowe.
The movie started 30 minutes late, and nobody from the theater told us what was happening. The movie itself was great, though. But they completely missed the Q&A after! No apology, nothing. It’s the lack of communication and the missed Q&A that really bothered me. Honestly, a simple update would have been appreciated. I’d probably go back, but they need to improve how they handle customer service issues.

I’m so disgusted. I’ve never seen a more dirty restaurant. Of course when I left I saw their health score is “okay”. The least a business could do is deep clean. If you can’t clean, hire someone. But this place was truly DIRTY. The walls look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Utensils in the chili oil was literally black. Do you not have a dishwasher to clean this stuff?? How long has this stuff been sitting on the table? Pictures for proof because what in the world did I just witness.

They only take cash. The food is decent, but not the best I’ve had. The table I was at felt sticky. I try to support local business, but having a fair experience hurts me and honestly the business. A business should work on establishing return customers by providing excellent service and a clean space.

If I could give zero stars, I would but it wouldn’t let me. We spent over $100 take out and they barely gave us any meat/food. Paid extra for extra meat and yet, barely any meat. Paid for a few large phos and gave me half container of broth and a couple pieces of meat. The vegetables to go into our pho was only provided enough for one bowl of pho. Ridiculous, we used to eat here all the time. Wasted money and time to come over there and patiently waited for our food for them to be skimpy. We’re not coming back here anymore.

SUCH good Pho! I ONLY eat this pho in the south Puget sound area because it is so flavorful and the meat is always generously portioned. Wonderful place to eat!

Their service was great and my order came super fast. Wasn’t a huge fan of their egg rolls and they weren’t very tasty but I really liked their veggie Pho soup. Portions were good and the small size was plenty with enough for lunch the next day.

I use to love going there and regular customer! Just got home and my veggie broth is hot water with vegetables & some black pepper and my tofu seemed like hours old! Pho is one of my favorite food to eat but I won’t be going there anymore! God knows what else they put in your food! Seriously serving hot water as veggie broth Do you think customers are stupid! I tried calling the number and it was busy so they are not even picking up the phone!!
