We visited PHO SOC TRANG (Kelowna, BC) and were blown away. We ordered the stir-fried rice noodle & lemongrass soup — absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the stir-fry had high-quality ingredients cooked perfectly. Service was fast and friendly, and the whole experience was incredible.

The food was quite good, but our dining experience was disappointing…
We went as a group of 7, and when we were seated and placed our orders, the staff did not mention that a 20% gratuity would be automatically added.
It was only revealed at the time of payment, and we were forced to pay it.
This lack of transparency made the whole experience much less enjoyable!!!

I can’t believe it took us so long to find Pho Soc Trang, we went the first time and have been regulars ever since. We have missed our regular spots in Burnaby and this is some of the best pho we have had. Always consistant, great portions, very economical, fantastic service and a vast menu that has pushed us to try some new things outside of our traditional pho choices. This is by far the best pho in Kelowna and better then most of the pho in the lower mainland. We are so lucky to have such a high quality restaurant locally.

I’m really picky about my dumplings and these were so good! The broth was also really simple, not oily and soothing. It’s a hole in the wall quiet restaurant which we enjoyed.

Worst experience in 8 years! Took awhile and needed to get their attention so we could order(they have 2 tables with customers that time and already eating). Two male waiters busy chatting at the bar. We ordered soup on a cold weather today and requested in a really nice manner(as always) if we could have it boiling hot(extra hot) with please and thank you. Served cold. Request them if they could heat it up for us more and we’re okay even in the microwave and doesn’t need to replace it. Two male waiters seemed annoyed and told us that was already boiling hot and they can’t boil it more, other one told us that is was still smoking when he served it. We tried to understand them because we’ve been in the same workfield before. Came back less than a minute or two with the same outcome. We don’t know if he really warm it up. We just ended up taking it out and pay for it. We decided to just warm it up ourselves at home in the microwave.

We stopped here for supper today and everyone was very happy with their meals and the service. I had a vermicelli bowl with chicken and it was awesome. The people working came back frequently to top up water and see if we needed anything.
Would definitely recommend and will return the next time I visit Kelowna!

I’ve waited 5 years to get back here. The Pho was just as good as I remembered (5⭐️). My partner had a noodle stir fry and I thought it was tasty but a little dry(4*). More of some kinda sauce would make it better. Salas rolls were okay but the peanut sause lacked flavour. I added hoisin sauce to it. If you are looking for any drink selections, that you will not find. All they have is vodka (you can have a ceasar) or spiced rum. My 4⭐️ issue because the Pho is one of the best I’ve ever had!

We had a delightful time getting Pho here. It was perfect on a rainy day in Kelowna. We got the bowl of vermicelli and grilled meats and spring roll and the rare beef pho. Everything tasted comforting and fresh. The staff were attentive and quick to help us with anything we needed. We’ll definitely be back soon as the weather cools down for another bowl of pho!
