How can I describe it? This was an unexpected delight! We just stumbled across this place while driving by, looking for a restaurant with clean, fresh flavors.
The space was wide and pleasant, and even with the slow economy, they had a decent number of customers. My wife ordered the Bun Cha; she mentioned that the meat portion was a bit small, but it was otherwise quite good.
The kids ordered the spring rolls, which were satisfactory. However, the true winner was the Egg Rolls! We got two with the set meal, and they were so wonderfully crispy that we ended up ordering a whole extra plate.
This place is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Pho So 1 is the best place to get consistent pho and quick service in the valley for SoCal. It was my first time to this location and the broth tasted just a bit bland compared to the other locations. Could’ve been me, but I can’t complain with the price of $14 after tax for a large bowl of pho.

Wow that broth tasted so good, the serving was beyond generous and they did not skimp on the protein at all!
$12 for a big freaking bowl of pho.
The fresh spring rolls were $12. I liked the dip and it was garnished with pickled carrot and radish.
Item 25 is the beef and shrimp dry noodles for $12. That was quite good!

Amazing food and great flavor! I ordered the salad, and it had plenty of meat and was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and well made. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Portions are very generous. 2 of my party could not finish their pho. I went for the bun bo kho. Very well made, strongly spiced. The ratio of noodle to meat was good. At ~$13 a bowl, I’d say you’re getting more than your money’s worth.

Their pho is not excellent but good and the portions are big enough to make it worth! I think I have had a pho here for 5-6th time and ordering chicken pho as always so I can tell had a good experience overall. The service and hospitality can be definitely better.

This place has gone downhill. The bowls have become smaller. The water in the soup has become more than the actual food in the soup, and the food quality is just awful. Also, it’s gone up in price double in the last two years sadly. I hate to see this place go but I’m gonna have to write it off. It’s not what it was.

I’ve been to this location a few times now but I always did carry out. Pho has always been consistently good and they pack everything very well so that the noodles are separate from the liquid.
For the first time I decided to dine in on a Friday evening. The restaurant is very clean and not too loud. Their service is highly efficient and the waiters are very attentive. Straws are available upon request. The wait time for food was very short. I have tried other locations and I would say this Pho consistently has been the best. I have never deviated from anything else besides pho and I’ve never needed to. The Decour is very nice and the atmosphere is laid-back and family oriented.

The food was great. We got the fresh spring rolls and then some vegi pho and chicken broth pho.the service was so so. My water was empty half the time. Other than that they were quick and lovely.
