Pho Savor in Visalia is a must-try. I got the House Special pho (rare steak, brisket, flank, tripe, and meatballs) and it was delicious —rich, flavorful broth, generous portions, and the meats were fresh and cooked perfectly in the soup. The restaurant had a clean, comfortable vibe and a great overall atmosphere that made it an easy place to sit and enjoy a great meal.

Ordered for delivery and food was delicious. Springs were fresh and held together with every bite. The peanut sauce had perfect thickness and was so flavorful. Vermicelli bowl was fresh and delicious. The eggrolls were a perfect crunch and the shrimp had great flavor. Garlic noodles were a bit greasy but great flavor and the chicken in it was delicious as well. Thai tea was great. Very creamy. I prefer to have my pho in house so can’t wait to stop in soon and give that a try.

Great customer services and the food were delicious!!!! We got the shrimp papaya salad. We were not a big fan of the papaya salad. This is not the typical Laos or Thai papaya salad. This is Vietnamese style. Papaya favor reminds of laarb. The chicken wings are to die for. Delicious, crunchy, and flavorful!! You must try them with their sweet and chilli sauce. The pho special was the bomb. Definitely the best pho place in Visalia. You must try for hangover. Everyone preference is different but I like this place the most. The vermicelli pork and eggroll was okay, but better than other places here in Visalia. This place is a must try!!! And no, they don’t charge for take-out box. 🙂 definitely Q/Q (Quality/quantity)

Ok I tried this place twice before leaving a review. The place is beautiful inside very nicely remodeled. The first thing I tried was the P1 beef pho. The flavor was good and the meat was cooked well. I do think they can add a bit more meat and noodles to the large order. The pho noodles were a bit over cooked in my option they were missing the slight spring to the bite of the noodles. The chili oil is really good better then most I have tried. I also ordered the shrimp spring rolls and they were ok there was little shrimp and tons of noodles. The last thing I tied was the shrimp papaya salad it was very good it was the first papaya salad I have tried with out having tomatoes in it but did have so other things that I never seen in it before one of those being a type of chopped beef Jerky? At least that’s what I thought it was. The heat level was perfect and it was so refreshing to eat. I will give the pho here another shot to see maybe I just tried it on a off day.
Update: I gave this place a second shot and the rice noodles were not over cooked. The Pho was amazing and I will definaly be back!

I was really excited for the opening of Pho Savor, and I have to say, it went beyond all my expectations. I ordered the Spicy Lemongrass Beef Noodle Soup, and the taste was really rich and impressive. What impressed me even more was the restaurant’s space. It’s spacious and designed very nicely, giving a comfortable yet classy dining experience. It’s a perfect place to hang out with friends and family or just enjoy a meal by yourself. The atmosphere really added to the whole experience, and I felt it was a great place to relax. Everything, from the food to the space, was really great. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend Pho Savor to anyone in the area, especially if you love authentic Vietnamese food.

Ordered rare steak pho, combo pho, and fried chicken wings. A regular bowl of pho is well worth your money. They give quite a large portion for noodles and meat, but too much for one person to eat without feeling extremely bloated after. The fried chicken wings on the other hand, do not taste good. It doesn’t taste like anything besides panko (breading). There’s no seasoning (salt or pepper) and they removed the skin so the breading slips off very easily. If you like just the breading, that’s great, but avoid it. Overall, it’s good. Just missing seasoning in their dishes.

New pho place in town, nice interior like everyone said. I had spicy beef noodle, it was good. The restaurant is new so far they doing okay but i see a couple things they could improve, will be back to see if things are better!
