I was here for the weekend in Bozeman. Craving pho, I looked around the city and sadly not much selections. Pho Saigon, a Sunday pop up at Open Range, looked good.
The pho was amazing! Definitely great solid bowl of pho. Aromatic and beefy. Light yet flavorful. Why the 3 stars? Here we go…
The price for a usual $12 pho dac viet (pho combination) costs $20+ here. You get charged per toppings (view their website for specific pricing), but essentially a pho dac biet (all toppings) costed me $20+. That’s not it, but I was missing the meat ball. My girlfriend also had all the toppings and hers had meatballs. Kinda pricey for mess ups like that.
Again, the pho is solid, but for the price? Personally not worth for me.
