GREAT FOOD & SERVICE!
We were at Pho Saigon Pearl, a Vietnamese restaurant in Arlington for the first time a few days ago and definitely will come back. While parking in Arlington is rare, there is plenty of parking in the garage below the restaurant and it’s free parking. The restaurant is nice, bright, well ventilated and I love the high ceiling which adds to the pleasant experience. Outside seating is available and very nice. Must try dishes are Grilled Beef with Noodle, Vegan Pho, Grilled Pork Sandwiches, and Saigon Pearl Fine Rice Vermicelli (Banh Hoi Saigon Pearl).
I look forward to trying their other dishes during my next visit.

When me and my friend walked in, the whole place felt such a good vibe , eveything was super clean, the tables were unsticky and they had variety of sauces on the tables. Customer service was really great, but you guys need to try their pho, it was super super fresh and hot! The food did not take long to come out too, the most we waited was probably 9 minutes! The food was super duper good and fresh and they are NOTTT STINGYYY!!! With their pho which we LOVE! I 100% reccommend! Will most definitely be coming back and w/ new friends as well!

We went out for a walk in the rain and stumbled upon this little pho place. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe with traditional Vietnamese decor and an open view that made it feel both airy and intimate—just the kind of spot you want to find on a chilly, rainy day.
We started with crispy spring rolls and fresh summer rolls with shrimp. The summer rolls were refreshing—packed with crisp lettuce, fragrant basil, and perfectly boiled shrimp. Every bite felt light and fresh, just the way they should be. The crispy spring rolls were decent—crunchy and well-seasoned—but nothing particularly special. For the main dish, we ordered the Pho Saigon Pearl Combination from the beef noodle soup section. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the variety of meats added nice depth. I really liked the beef balls and honestly wished there were more. The lean brisket was perfectly cooked—not too tough, not too soft—just right.
We wrapped up the meal with sticky rice mango, which, unfortunately, was just okay. The sticky rice had a nice texture, but the mango was a little too firm, making it harder to enjoy. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t wow us either.

Fresh summer rolls : 4.5/5

It was probably my fifth time eating Vietnamese food and I disliked everything I ate until I came to this restaurant. Today is my very first time actually loving Vietnamese food. My husband had Pho Tai and I had the vermicelli grilled pork and crispy spring roll. I didn’t expect much, but they set the bar so high. It was so good; I loved how fresh everything was in my mouth. I can tell my palate was excited about the culinary discovery. The owner and her daughter were very welcoming, and we particularly thought it was smart of them to added a screen in the restaurant where we could watch authentic ways of eating food in Vietnam. ♥️

Absolutely loved this pho spot. The broth is deeply flavorful and comforting, with that slow-simmered richness you can tell took real care and time.

I had the most AMAZING dinner ever! I went with my family to enjoy quality time and from the moment I arrived – they were attentive, made sure we always had water, and that we were satisfied with our order. I would highly recommend the beef vermicelli, order #8 (can’t remember the name) and the taro tea (it was the best boba tea I’ve had in a while!!) I’ve had pork belly before, but this place had a way it was cooked that it was unforgettable. I cannot wait to bring my friends here too!!!

What a wonderful hidden gem! The menu options are robust, food is wonderfully delicious, service was timely and courteous, and ambiance was nice due to decor and pleasant background music. This is a family owned restaurant and is as authentic as it gets using their own family recipes. The place is also impeccably clean. Very reasonable pricing for the high-quality food and still had leftovers. Parking is in Harris Teeter underground garage. Beautiful butterfly gardens outside with patio seating. Loved my experience. I can’t wait to come back to dine in again and already planning my next lunch takeout during my work week. Excellent value, delicious and highly recommend!

I recently visited Pho Saigon Pearl, a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant in Arlington and it was an excellent experience! The food was authentic and delicious, the ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant is conveniently located and I couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. If you’re looking for an authentic Vietnamese experience, I highly recommend trying out this spot!

Today we were one of the owner’s (Tiffany) first customers of the 2022 New Year. We were honored to ring in the new year with a savory feast. Before we even ordered, Tiffany personally thanked us for stopping by and kept us company while our food was prepared. We enjoyed the personal attention and warm company. Once our dishes arrived, they were better than advertised. The menu descriptions fell short of preparing us for their wonderful tastes. Tiffany walked us through how to traditionally enjoy Vietnamese cuisine and we left on the promise to return again and with friends. If you love Vietnamese style food then Pho Saigon Pearl is the place for you. The drinks were refreshing, the appetizers filling, the vermicelli dishes to die for, and the vegetables fresh. Thank you again Tiffany! We hope to meet Sandy on our next visit!
