Nice large restaurant. The fried Vietnamese egg rolls were so delicious. I definitely recommend it. The bun Bo hue was delicious – not super spicy, definitely tolerable. Nice lemongrass broth. The pho was also pretty good – I’ve had better pho broth, but it was still tasty. I did a build your own pho bowl for $19. The prices are higher than I expect with pho (I’m used to $15 bowls max), but maybe that’s inflation and the area. Plus the portions are pretty large and they give a lot of meat. I also had a rice vermicelli bowl with lemongrass pork that was also really tasty. Service is not super enthusiastic but adequate. Would come back here!

The pho portion was large, authentic, and delicious. They were generous with the meat. I did order extra meatballs but was satisfied with the normal portion. The table had all of the sauces and dressing for Vietnamese food available. Not many restaurants have all of those available these days. It came with veggies but the portion was much smaller compared to other local pho places. I ordered vinegar onions and the portion was too small as well. Service was mid but sometimes that’s how I know the food will be authentic and good. The server was sitting on his phone and I had to get his attention from across the restaurant to get a single water refill.

must’ve been a busy time when I was there but it wasn’t crowded…yet. I was able to seat myself but waited almost 10 minutes for service. shame because it was only 1 kid working and 1 runner. there was another gentleman sitting on the side but unsure what his role was. the kid looked overwhelmed from seating customers to taking their orders to bringing water to taking phone orders to ringing up customers to making sure people coming in picking up their to-go orders are correct. very chaotic
had the staple: phở đặc biệt and coffee. not the worst, but definitely had better phở. it did come w good portion of meats but badic broth left nothing much to yearn to return. the coffee, was good. traditional style drip but the condensed milk tasted American. not the old man Longetivity brand…
overall it did it’s job. nothing wowing but passable.

I would much rather be writing a more positive review, but after politely asking for lean steak without fat and gristle the past 6 orders, I cannot do that. The food is otherwise delicious, which is why I kept trying. At a price point of $20 for Vermicelli and beef this just is not acceptable. It may be difficult to see in the pictures but the steak is almost 50% inedible fat.
Edit: I see your response, but I’ve already asked specifically for this not to happen repeatedly. I’m at a loss here.

This place offers the most authentic Vietnamese food in town. However, at $20 a bowl, the portion size doesn’t quite live up to the price. I’d love to visit more often if the prices were a bit more reasonable, but unfortunately, the value for money is a bit disappointing.

I absolutely love this place! I train just up the street and when I’m done, hungry THIS place doesn’t just satisfy my hunger, it awakens my taste buds, nourishes and above all healthy! The Pho and bbq beef eggs and rice… EVERYTHING is good!

We came around 8 10 and dined in, even though the restaurant closes at 8 30. They were nice to have us dine in and they are courteous so customer service was definitely 5 star, place was clean too except couple hiccups. Pho soup tasted good but they definitely need someone to make the egg roll better. Price is decent. So, overall a 3 star place.
