The broth was delicious, the whole family loved it. The waiter/owner was fun and happy to serve us. We had two young kids with us.

Friendly and thoughtful shop owner recommended Pho to us, it was fantastic! Knowing we would be sharing, he divided the Pho into 2 bowls which made the dining experience hassle free. He was also flexible to accommodate to our diet needs by giving suggestion based on our preferences. Overall great food great service and great people! Highly recommended!

This restaurant is wonderful! Firstly, the food is delicious, some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve had. Secondly, Paul is the most wonderful man in the Pacific Northwest. He makes the restaurant feel like eating at a friend’s home and you can tell he loves the people he meets and the food he serves!

Came in during the weekend with my hubby in search for a new place to eat pho and I promise you, you will not regret coming here; this is the spot! The owner is very welcoming & has a good sense of humor he took our order and the food came out hot and fresh. Everything was good from the broth to the chicken banh mi to the spring rolls (which my hubby ordered with chicken instead of shrimp). The chicken is not dry and it’s juicy/flavorful. Best believe we will be back for more!

This is a small family owned business and the owner Paul is seriously the sweetest and is so involved with every customer. Making sure everything was how we wanted it, very accommodating. Me and my girl will be regulars for the service alone but the food is also amazing! 10 STARS

Similar to all the other reviews, the service there is amazing. The owner is so friendly and makes sure that everyone is always squared away. The pho was delicious, I had the number 8! The price was also very reasonable. I just stopped through on my way south but have this spot marked when I make my trips to Seattle!

My friends and I stopped by for a quick meal before heading to the airport in the morning, and we were warmly greeted by the owner, Paul. We were one of the first customers, so Paul paid extra attention to serving us and checking in on our table consistently. I ordered the Pho Tai and shared a Grilled Pork Banh Mi, and both were so delicious! The pho broth was rich in flavor yet not greasy at all and just so so comforting. It paired perfectly with the toasted banh mi. After finishing our meal, we ordered the Vietnamese coffee, which was creamy and just the right amount of sweet. We got to chat with the owner and learn how this family-owned restaurant has been around for several years. You can tell that he genuinely cares for his customers and wants to provide the best service possible. It’s hard to come across a restaurant, especially one that’s this big, where the owner will take the extra time and care to personally greet you and make sure you’re enjoying your food. It’s no wonder the food is so good when you know how much effort and love is poured into it. Needless to say, my friends and I were beyond satisfied with our meal and time at Pho Saigon Garden and would come back here in a heartbeat when in Washington again. Thank you for the exceptional service and food, Paul!! 🙂
