We came here on Christmas Day with my brother’s partner’s family. The food was super tasty and yummy. Everyone seem to have good things to say about their food. The staff members were kind and our food didn’t take long to arrive at the table. There’s also a fish tank to watch if you’re introverted and don’t know where to focus. Super bonus points for the fish tank.

I really love their pho here. I like bringing my children here, they have lots of bowl sizes and a pretty extensive menu. When my kids are with me and I order pho, a size XL is enough for me to share generously with my kids for 9.99. They provide me with scissors to cut the noodles for my younger one. We like to sit in the room where the entrance is because there are windows for me to look out and it’s well lit with the sun.

(Posted 3 years ago) The last time I went, it was with my friends, I also noticed two new workers. It was a slow day when we got there, but we ended up waiting for a long time just to be seated despite all the available space. There were people who came after us that were seated before us as well. I usually always get #12 small when I come. The broth had a weird taste and the meat tasted old. Idk. I feel like it’s not the same as it use to be, or maybe it was just an off day

Who is actually giving this place a 5 star? Rude server, mediocre food, and they’re always forgetting things. We asked for straws 2 separate times for the kids and received none. Server was an older lady who was rude, rude, rude. The egg rolls were terrible. Only good thing was we went in when there was no one and got our food within 15 minutes. Explains why no one was eating in here at 5 pm.

Food is yummy and staff are so kind. They are literally the sweetest. Funniest thing happened too when our server is about to take our order then a older man walks by and playfully smacks him in the back of the head with the newspaper server goes “that’s my dad” LOL love a family owned restaurant. Very hard to find restaurants that both FOOD & PEOPLE are AMAZING. I cannot find anything to complain about. Thank you !

The noodles and food is always great. They could do a little better on customer service. Came from out of town and there was a homeless guy wondering around the outside being loud disturbing customers. We were going to take the rest of our food to go but when we were paying and the guy just sat at our table and started eating the rest of our food we were going to take home. They need to step up the customer just a little say something to people who aren’t respectful.

They tried to charge me $109 when I didn’t even order some of the food on there. I had to ask what did I order for you to charge me that much. They were like oh sorry. My bun bo hue had noodles that were most likely microwaved and put in my soup because the noodles was hard, I mean come on I know what is fresh noodles and that wasn’t it.
